Today, only the innovation management could offer a set of tools that would allow leaders of all states to closely cooperate in order to understand the common processes and objectives, to encourage new projects even of small entrepreneurs of the developing countries by supporting them, a process which, if well managed, can lead to a significant economic growth and help them to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by 2030. Nowadays, innovative management and eco-diplomacy play a decisive role in overcoming the crisis moments in Romania, European Union and in the world and this can be achieved also by increasing the capacity and participation of the younger generation of diplomats and professionals in promoting peace and ecological diversity. The aim of this paper is to answer to the question: Where do we stand today with regard to the innovation management in the field of natural resources as natural gas and which is the role of eco-diplomacy today. This study delves into these nuances, drawing on ancient principles of ethos, pathos, and logos as a foundation for analysis. The Introduction establishes the philosophical groundwork, elucidating the essence of communication across these environments pre-pandemic. Methodologically, employing dual surveys involving 834 individuals and 86 economic entities, the study unravels intricate communication patterns during the pandemic. The findings in \"Methodology and Study\" unravel communication intricacies: rural resilience amid physical distancing, contrasting urban reliance on technology. Conclusions underscore rural openness to socialization versus urban complexity, highlighting rural adaptability in the 'hybrid' work paradigm. The study sheds light on rural-urban disparities, revealing rural potential in fostering open communication. Despite economic gaps, rural communities exhibit higher sociability, a critical asset underexplored in the business realm. The credit term gradually increased, part of the Bank's resources began to be invested in fixed capital, securities, etc., thus the term \"commercial\" in the notion of bank has lost its original meaning. Now, this term implies the \"business\" character of the bank, its orientation towards serving all economic agents regardless of the sphere of activity. In the modern market economy, the activity of commercial banks has a major role with all their connections with the sectors of the economy. The purpose of banks is to ensure the continuous circulation of capital and money, lending to industrial enterprises, the state and the population, creation favorable conditions for economic growth. Modern commercial banks, having the role of financial intermediaries, perform an important macroeconomic function, ensuring the inter-branch and inter-regional redistribution of monetary capital. The objective of this article is based on an effective analysis of the situation of commercial banks in Romania, with Transilvania Bamk as the direct target. However, the management of these organizations' human resources is critical to their success. As a result, guaranteeing the effectiveness of human resource management is critical to the success of CAD businesses. The purpose of this research is to identify the most effective ways for managing human resources in CAD businesses. The specific aims of this study are to examine the impact of efficient human resource management on the performance of CAD companies, identify the elements that influence this efficiency, and make recommendations for efficient human resource management in CAD businesses. Human resource management must be done successfully for CAD firms to prosper. By using best practices in human resource management, CAD businesses may achieve long-term growth. As part of the study's mixed-methods research strategy, which also included a worker survey, in-depth interviews with management of CAD businesses were undertaken. The information received from the survey and interviews was evaluated using both quantitative and qualitative methodologies. According to the survey, effective human resource management increases the performance of CAD organizations. Human resource management in CAD businesses is influenced by factors like leadership, training and development, performance management, and employee engagement. Based on these findings, the study presents recommendations for effective human resource management in CAD businesses, such as the importance of strong leadership, the implementation of training and development efforts, and the use of effective performance management systems. Although researchers have been paying more attention to this topic recently, there is a current need for more systematic work that depicts how management is applied to successfully European-funded projects in general. Moreover, being Romania's primary funding source, it is vital to analyze and assess the factors that lead EU projects to success. The originality of this paper consists of systematically identifying, critically evaluating, and synthesizing relevant studies and publications on EPM, using semi-automated and manual filtering, both exclusionary and inclusionary, while analyzing and assessing critical success factors of national relevance. This research significantly contributes to knowledge of the factors affecting the success of Europeanfunded projects in Romania and offers practical approaches that can be applied in this field. Our results can be used to address Romania's current weaknesses and challenges in accessing EU funds, such as reducing bureaucracy, fighting corruption, and strengthening administrative capacity.
