Being an act of taking or terminating one’s own life, suicide remains an enigma to all pro-life humans. In the distant past, cases of suicide were not so ubiquitous in Nigeria. Its occurrence was very rare; and where it happened, it was seen as an abomination of a high order, since life was considered sacred by the people, and which no human has the right to terminate. In those days of yore, suicide was alien to the people of Nigeria and their culture. Of recent, however, suicide has become a major leading cause of mortality among students in Nigerian tertiary institutions. Inherent difficulty in predicting and ascertaining its warning signs has made accurate and specific prediction of the occurrence of suicide most elusive. Over and above this, suicide is based on personal conviction of the individual that this is the best solution to his/her problem. On that note, the effort to prevent suicide should not focus more on predictions and signs, but on certain values and implications that would convince the individual (and the society) to jettison the idea of suicide as the best solution to a perceived problem. One of such values is human life, which has some implications for education. In this direction, the paper adopted a critical analysis of concepts and literature review to explore some risk factors for suicide, its implications for education and possible solutions to suicide tendencies amongst students, especially in the tertiary institutions in Nigeria. It was discovered that suicide tendencies among tertiary institution students in Nigeria is largely due to little knowledge of the value of human life and its implications. Blended learning is a structured learning process between face-to-face learning and online learning that is carried out separately or has its own time. The research method used is a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The main instrument in data collection is the researcher himself, for the auxiliary instruments, are observation guidelines, interview guidelines, and documentation. The data analysis procedure went through 3 stages namely 1) data reduction, 2) data exposure, and 3) conclusion drawing and verification. Data validity uses source and method triangulation by comparing data information obtained from interviews, observations and documentation. The subjects of this study were grade IV students, totaling 15 children. The results of data analysis show that the implementation of science process skills through blended learning during the Covid 19 pandemic can both help students and teachers in facilitating learning, and the results of the analysis of science process skills during the Covid 19 pandemic seem successful and have a good effect on students. This paper aims to develop learning media Smart Snake and Ladder in mastering English vocabulary. The type of research used is R&D. The results of this research and development, showed that: (1) The development of the Smart Snake and Ladder media product pays attention to the safe appearance, and modified ways of playing to attract the user's attention, curiosity, and describe the theme material for elementary school children. (2) The development of smart snake and ladder media is very valid and feasible to use to improve English vocabulary mastery, as the validation results from material experts I get a 100% validity level and material II experts get 92.5%, media experts I 81.25 %, media experts II 85%, and media experts III 84.37%. (3). The effectiveness of using smart snake and ladder media can be seen from the pre-test and post-test data. The average value of the pre-test is 81.87 while the average value of the post-test is 96.20. Lewis’s novel The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe. The problem formulated in the research will be answered based on Lucy’s thoughts, actions, and feelings and then describe it. The main source for this research was C.S. Lewis’s novel The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe. This novel is considered children’s literature. The focus and the data for this research were events in the novel which showed Lucy’s thoughts, feelings, and actions. The data were analyzed by using qualitative content analysis. The instrument was the researcher himself. There are four criteria: credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability, which the researcher used in order to make trustworthiness. The findings revealed that Lucy reflected her thoughts through knowledge and ideas, and understanding others’ feelings; her feelings through empathy and unselfishness; and her actions through her bravery and doing a favor for others. Therefore, this novel contains children’s empowerment, which can be categorized as a good novel. Furthermore, children's empowerment is considered an important aspect in children’s stories and it has a great influence to enrich children’s intelligence and emotion in their growing period. Education that is managed in an orderly, orderly, and efficient manner can achieve lofty goals, namely creating justice, prosperity, and intelligence for the Indonesian people. The head of the madrasa as an educational leader, judging from the status and method of appointment, is classified as an official leader, \"formal leader\", or \"status leader\". His position as a \"leader status\" can also increase to become a \"functional leader\", or \"operational leader\", depending on his achievements and abilities in playing the role of an educational leader at the madrasa who has been given responsibility for it. This study formulates the problem: how the madrasa principal's leadership style improves teacher professionalism and what factors are the supporters and obstacles to the madrasa principal's leadership style in improving teacher professionalism at MA Ma'arif NU 5 Sekampung. This research is descriptive qualitative. Data was collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. After the data is collected and analyzed by means of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the leadership style of the madrasah principal in improving teacher professionalism at MA Ma'arif NU 5 Sekampung went well because of the quality of human resources. The supporting factors for the leadership style of the madrasa principal in improving teacher professionalism are human resources, the madrasa environment and a harmonious work climate, facilities and infrastructure, and community and institutional participation. The Tik Tok application is an application to create and share various short videos in vertical format, which is played by simply scrolling the screen up or down. Tik Tok users are increasing every day, especially during the pandemic era. In 2020, as of October Tik Tok reached 2 billion downloads worldwide. This application originating from China is widely downloaded by social media users to relieve boredom when they have to stay at home. This study aims to improve students' speaking skills through the Tik Tok application. The subjects of this study were 20 students of the third semester in English education major at STKIP PGRI Bandar Lampung. The method used is descriptive quantitative method using classroom action research techniques. Based on the result, the improvement of students’ learning activities showed mean score of students’ learning activities in pre cycle is 68.88, in cycle I was 69 with the criteria was less active. While, the mean score of students’ learning activities in cycle II was 76.75 with the criteria were quite active. So, the improvement of students’ learning activities the first cycle to the second cycle was 7.75 point.
