The relevance of the research is due to fundamental changes in the financial system, which require increasing participation of large businesses in solving socio-economic problems. The study presents an econometric analysis of 10 domestic corporations for the period from 2019 to 2021 in order to confirm the growth of financial results, as well as the value of business as a result of an increase in socially responsible investments in key areas such as environmental programs, the formation and maintenance of labor resources, investments in the infrastructure of adjacent territories. The obtained results testify to the multidirectional influence of social investments, depending on their type. The article proposes a new matrix of Socially Responsible Investments, the use of which not only makes it possible to diagnose the current strategy, but also to adjust it in order to increase the effectiveness of the strategy and based on the capabilities of a particular corporation. The light industry, as well as other sectors of the economy, is influenced by both domestic and foreign policy of the state, which reflects the conditions for the development of the economy. At the present stage of development, the trend of transformation of economic sectors is import substitution and diversification of industries associated with economic and political sanctions. The basis for the implementation of such processes are innovations. The article discusses the most important problems of the light industry sector associated with high wear and tear of fixed production assets, lack of working capital, dependence on imported raw materials and equipment. It is proposed to use the experience of foreign countries in matters of state regulation of the development of the industry. The purpose of the study is to consider the prospects for the development of gastronomic tourism in the regions of Russia on the basis of cooperation with small and medium businesses. The objectives of the study are to study the main directions of gastronomic tourism and the most popular destinations in this segment, assess the effectiveness of tourism development in Russia and the Republic of Bashkortostan, and identify prospects for the development of gastronomic tourism in Russia. The novelty of the study: the characterization of Russian gastrotourism in general and the Republic of Bashkortostan is given against the backdrop of an unstable situation, restrictions on foreign travel, a decrease in household income, and an increase in demand for the organization of domestic tourism. Conclusions: The cult of food now occupies a fairly high position. Krotenko","doi":"10.47598/2078-9025-2023-1-58-87-94","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.47598/2078-9025-2023-1-58-87-94","url":null,"abstract":"Practical psychologists and theorists usually consider motivation as an extremely complex controller of behavior and moderator of human activity, a multidimensional, heterogeneous complex of \"drivers\" interconnected in a non-linear way. The aim of the study was to assess the quality of the motivational aspect of the education process through an analysis of the dynamics of the development of the motivational complex of students during the entire time of study at the university. The study used a classification of learning motives, dividing motives into cognitive ones, formed directly by educational activities, and external, social motives that lie outside of learning. As a research method, we used the method modified by the authors for studying the motives of A. A. Rean and V. S. Yurkevich, adapted for students in higher education. The article describes a series of techniques for developing interest in learning among university students. The results of measuring the level of motivation and the structure of the motivational complex are described and demonstrated. Ideas have been put forward that the level and structure of motivation to study can serve as an indicator of the quality of education.
