LEGAL AND ECONOMIC ASPECTS OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF EMPLOYMENT OF ADOLESCENTS IN THE ARCTIC ZONE (on the example of Snezhnogorsk, Murmansk region)

At the present stage, the topic of adolescent employment is a very relevant, since adolescents have a desire to work and the state, in turn, supports this desire. The interest of minors in labor activity is, first of all, the opportunity to assert themselves. Getting a temporary job, teenagers go through all the stages of employment, get the first interview skills with the employer and the skills of independent work. The article presents the results of a survey conducted by the authors within the framework of the project "The first experience of employment of teenagers" of the strategic plan "In the north — to live. 2030" in the Murmansk region.
