The government prioritizes the development of entrepreneurship and the private sector to create employment opportunities, produce competitive goods and services, and stimulate economic growth. In order to create a competitive environment that provides equal access to modern technologies and markets, programs such as the State Program for SocioEconomic Development and the Strategic Road Map were created. In this regard, the article dedicated to the analysis of the current state of public-private partnership in Azerbaijan first studies the historical development dynamics of public-private partnership in the Republic of Azerbaijan, and then touches on the modern era of public-private partnership in the country. The objectives of this work are to identify criteria for delimiting mediation; determination of the boundaries of the insignificance of the crime; analysis of judicial practice. The methodological basis of the study was the comparative legal and formal legal approaches to the study of mediation in commercial bribery.
