ИССЛЕДОВАНИЕ ВЛИЯНИЯ КОРПОРАТИВНОЙ КУЛЬТУРЫ НА ИННОВАЦИОННОЕ РАЗВИТИЕ ПРЕДПРИЯТИЙ В РЕГИОНАХ РОССИИ: ЭМПИРИЧЕСКИЙ АНАЛИЗ И ПРАКТИЧЕСКИЕ РЕКОМЕНДАЦИИ

This scientific article examines the relationship between corporate culture and innovation development of enterprises in regions of Russia. Based on empirical data, the author aims to identify key aspects of corporate culture that contribute to the growth of innovation activity of companies, as well as to provide practical recommendations for the formation and development of such culture in Russian enterprises. To obtain specific results, qualitative and quantitative research methods are used, including surveys, interviews, and analysis of statistical data.
