LEGAL ISSUES OF DETERMINING THE BOUNDARIES OF REAL ESTATE IN FOREIGN COUNTRIES

The article analyzes the legal issues of determining the boundaries of real estate in common law countries and in the countries of the Romano-Germanic legal system. The conceptual model for determining the boundaries of real estate in various countries, as well as the structural elements of this model, has been studied. The conclusion is substantiated that the systematization of terms and methods used in the field of valuation and analysis of property, determining its boundaries, is of decisive importance for the legalization of the real estate market, streamlining relations in the field of state registration of real estate.
