The analysis of modern research and publications on the topic of topical issues of tax control, as a factor in the effectiveness of tax administration in the system of ensuring tax security, is in the constant attention of leading domestic and foreign scientists. Moreover, the modern tasks set for tax control are much larger than fixing the facts of non-compliance with tax laws, and include building such a tax administration model that minimizes the ability of the payer to violate the norms of the Tax Code of Russia. The division of legal acts as a special kind of sources of legal regulation of state registration of real estate into codified and uncodified has been studied. The sources of legal regulation of state registration of real estate include federal and regional legislation, by-laws of the Government of the Russian Federation, the system of orders of the Federal Register and the Ministry of Economic Development, judicial acts, explanations and analytical materials of the higher courts. The author defines the trends and prospects of the formation of labor legislation aimed at protecting vulnerable categories of the workforce. The current stage of labor force development in the domestic labor market is characterized by the complex nature of socio-economic relations, the lack of stable dynamics of sustainable economic growth and the increasing problems inherent in the economy under the regime of restrictions. Currently, the formation of labor legislation is continuing, the need for transformation of which was identified in the previous three years in connection with the problems that arose in companies in connection with the spread of \"remote\" and flexible formats of interaction between employer and employee and the digitalization of the Russian sectors of the economy. In this regard, there is an urgent need at the legislative level to streamline the regulation of the labor regime when transferring employees to a remote work format, coordination of tasks on the part of management, and monitoring of the activities of the workforce has become relevant. The purpose of this work is to identify the factors influencing the development of the workforce in modern conditions of transition to digital technologies. It is concluded that the digitalization of social and labor relations is a complex process, accompanied by the need to equip workplaces with modern digital equipment and train employees in digital literacy skills. The novelty of the study: digital data on the state of healthcare in the Republic of Bashkortostan are presented, problems in this industry are identified, current and strategic tasks for the development of medical organizations are outlined. The article presents the results of predicting the innovative development of the Volga Federal District and its leading regions: the Republic of Tatarstan, the Republic of Bashkortostan, the Nizhny Novgorod region using a synergistic model. The main trends in the change in innovative indicators of the Volga Federal District and the leading regions until 2027 are identified. In particular, the predictive indicators of the volume of production of innovative goods, the cost of innovative activities, gross profit from the sale of innovative products, innovative activity, and the profitability of innovative activities are determined.
