ECONOMIC EFFICIENCY HEALTH CARE SYSTEM OF THE REPUBLIC OF BASHKORTOSTAN

Abstract

The subject of the study is the regional and municipal health care systems. The purpose of the study is to review the state and prospects for the development of the territorial health care system of the Republic of Bashkortostan (regional and municipal entities), to assess the economic, social and medical efficiency of functioning. The objectives of the study are to study the problems and main directions of the functioning of healthcare systems, assess the effectiveness of the activities of medical institutions in the region, and identify prospects for the development of medicine at the regional and municipal levels. The novelty of the study: digital data on the state of healthcare in the Republic of Bashkortostan are presented, problems in this industry are identified, current and strategic tasks for the development of medical organizations are outlined. Conclusions: the medical, social and economic efficiency of the work of medical organizations is influenced by both external and internal factors, the consideration of which is a priority for the leaders of the region, medical institutions.
