The main emphases of scientists regarding interaction with young children in the field of speech development, which should be taken into account by practitioners, are analyzed: the existence of two parallel spheres of speech communication: communication with adults and communication with children; the effect of imitating the speech of an adult; considering speech as an accompanying activity without which no other child's activity can take place fully. Numerous approaches that ensure the effectiveness of psychological and pedagogical support of educators-to-be in planning and organizing forms of interaction with young children are highlighted: reflexive, axiological, competence-based. The algorithm for psychological and pedagogical support of educators-to-be is outlined: determination of the level of ideas and awareness of the psychological characteristics of young children; awareness of the patterns of speech development of young children; understanding the differential selection of effective forms of interaction with children, giving preference to modern methods and techniques; modeling of forms of partnership interaction with parents of pupils; case testing of various forms of interaction during practical training in early childhood groups; presentation of positive experience in various educational circles. The peculiarities of modern forms of interaction with children are analyzed, attention on indirect and direct forms of interaction on the development of speech is focused.","PeriodicalId":289326,"journal":{"name":"Educological discourse","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122487883","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The development of innovation potential is not only a way of dynamic development and success, but also a means of ensuring the security and sovereignty of the state, its competitiveness in the modern world. The article presents a modern scientific understanding of the phenomena of creativity and innovation from the standpoint of various fields of knowledge. Emphasis is placed on the relevance of this issue, given that the main dominant feature of the progressive development of our time is the formation of an innovative personality capable of creating innovations in all spheres of life. It has been found that in modern scientific discourse the phenomenon of creativity acts as a process of activity, characterized by a certain result, in which one can trace material or spiritual value. It is determined that an important quality of personality is creativity, which is understood as the ability of an individual to variability, flexibility, liquidity, stability, focus on action and can be formed by creating special conditions in the process of learning and education. The understanding of the phenomenon of innovation as a process of implementation of new ideas is described. The essence of innovations in education as a process of creation, introduction and dissemination in educational practice of new ideas, tools, pedagogical and managerial technologies, as a result of which indicators (levels) of achievements of structural components of education increase, the system transitions to a qualitatively different state. The study used methods of theoretical generalization, comparative analysis, analysis and synthesis, which allowed to identify the essence of the concepts of «creativity» and «innovation» to understand their modern content.","PeriodicalId":289326,"journal":{"name":"Educological discourse","volume":"49 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133655141","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

S. Vygotsky on giftedness and abilities in the context of the theory of cultural-historical development. Giftedness is considered by the scientist as a universal prerequisite for all people for their personal development in specific cultural-historical conditions. Special giftedness (intellectual, motor, practical, emotional, musical, etc.) is the result of the purposeful development of the abilities and structures of the personality in their interconnection and mutual influence. Thus, the development of a gifted personality as a whole is a process of mastering historically established forms of activity and relationships. The main mechanism for the development of a gifted person in the educational process is the solution of the dynamic contradiction between the level of actual development and the zone of proximal development. The ideas of L. S. Vygotsky about an integral gifted personality and the directions of its development are consonant with the goals facing modern education, and are applied in the theory and practice of building a personality-oriented New Ukrainian School.","PeriodicalId":289326,"journal":{"name":"Educological discourse","volume":"79 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132826365","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Special attention in this aspect should be paid to the curriculum of specialty, which defines the main vectors of the educational trajectory for education applicants, and provides opportunities for the implementation of the educational program`s competency-building tasks. The main differences between the curriculum of masters of medicine and the previous version - curriculum of specialists training in “General Medicine” are analyzed in the article. The main features of the structure of curricula for the physicians’ training in Poland are based on the example of the Warsaw Medical University and Collegium Medicum of the Jagiellonian University. On the basis of comparison and analysis conducted, the following changes in the design of masters of medicine curriculum in higher educational institutions (HEI) of Ukraine are predicted in accordance with the main trends in the European Higher Education Area. Increase of the classroom learning load in the general structure of credits up to 55% due to its growth at 2-5 courses is possible with the further design of curricula for physicians’ training. An increase in the number of class hours of production practice in the curriculum for the 4th year of studying – up to 82, for the 5th year – up to 102 hours without making changes in the number of credits is expedient. The volume of the lecture load is optimal to allocate from the largest one on the 1st year to the smallest – on 4th-5th years, with the simultaneous reduction of its quota in the structure of classroom hours. Taking into account the introduction of a united state qualification exam (USQE), increase in the number of credits for natural sciences up to 30% and simultaneous reduction in the number of credits for humanities (up to 2-3%) and to some degree – credits for professionally oriented disciplines (to 65-67%) can provide additional benefits to the design of curricula. The requirements of the higher education standard should be taken into account for adapting to the training of first-year students and improving of their training for both stages of external evaluation in the form of USQE, provided that a student-centered environment with better conditions is created.","PeriodicalId":289326,"journal":{"name":"Educological discourse","volume":"46 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"113964032","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The potential of the case method as a technology correlating with the components of the communication competence in multicultural settings in the context of studying business English is analyzed. The concepts related to the communicative and intercultural approaches as well as barriers to communication and information diversity have been researched taking into consideration the view on English as a business lingua franca (BELF). This approach is used to determine the favourable conditions for the application of the case method in this context with the emphasis on transforming from a traditional teacher to a learning facilitator. The types of case, as well as the stages of case-based learning have been studied to determine the effective framework of case-based learning in Business English classes. It has been noted that some of the frameworks lack the so-called interactive warmup stage which can ensure a gradual immersion of students in the case topic. Thus, it is argued that this stage is a crucial component aimed at enhancing the students’ cognitive interest and developing their anticipatory and critical thinking. At this particular stage, students try to anticipate the key problematic aspects in general by answering questions related to the subject of the case, and the tier of multicultural settings can be naturally added here to match the international background of most cases. It has also been found out that there are certain features typical of case studies in Business English courses of British publishing houses, thus their benefits and downsides have been analyzed. As a result, the ways of increasing the effectiveness of case studies in Business English classes in the context of enhancing effectiveness of communication in multicultural settings have been suggested. A number of online resources with the case studies in the key business areas and international communication have been researched. It has also been stated that, given a different skillset and a competence portfolio, an English teacher will be more successful in adapting a case study to match the intended learning outcomes which the students are supposed to gain while studying Business English rather than in developing their own case study related to the business areas. It has been concluded that in case-based learning in Business English classes, students develop not only their speaking skills and intercultural ones, but they also improve such soft skills as cooperation, creativity, problem solving, anticipatory and critical thinking, teamwork, interpersonal skills and leadership, which are important for enhancing effectiveness of communication in multicultural se","PeriodicalId":289326,"journal":{"name":"Educological discourse","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128425498","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
