In this system, the latest ARM® CortexTM-M4F-based STM32F4 chip is adopted to be the host controller to read out audio files stored in Secure Digital (SD) memory card via SPI2 and send the data into VS1003 via SPI1. VS1003 chip decodes and plays audio files. Meanwhile, the song information and lyrics are displayed on Thin Film Transistor (TFT) LCD which integrates with touch panel to realize song switchover and volume adjusting and other control functions. The separation of decoding module and storage module makes it possible to expand capacity and share music. Experimental results show that the data transmission speed is enhanced for the adoption of SD card. In addition, the number of audio file formats supported by this system is greater than the traditional MP3 players'.","PeriodicalId":285687,"journal":{"name":"2013 International Conference on Information Technology and Applications","volume":"40 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-11-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129252018","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

To effectively manage and evaluate the performance during the project life cycle, managers need to have clear project architecture of functional units and comprehensive evaluation architecture. Here we introduce a two-way dynamic interactive mapping model based three-layer four-pipeline service-driven organization architecture for evaluating performance of large engineering project clusters. We had developed it from our practical applications. We argue that our architecture is comprehensive and effective from our empirically application to five large engineering project clusters.","PeriodicalId":285687,"journal":{"name":"2013 International Conference on Information Technology and Applications","volume":"36 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-11-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114309760","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Solving an ID means determining the optimal strategy for the decision maker and the value or certain equivalent of the decision situation when that optimal strategy is applied. Much research effort has been devoted to develop methods and algorithms for solving IDs, and a vast literature on this problem has been yielded. This paper attempts a brief exposition on the methods common used for solving IDs, for the purpose of providing a help for decision makers to select appropriate methods when they solve IDs.","PeriodicalId":285687,"journal":{"name":"2013 International Conference on Information Technology and Applications","volume":"144 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-11-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114545356","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

With the development of advanced biological recognition technologies, a new scientific method is provided for the Ochotona curzoniae's research using the automatic identification system of the Ochotona curzoniae. But due to the relative motion between the object and the video camera, the obtained image of Ochotona curzoniae is often blurred in the process of image acquisition. The technology of image restoration can eliminate the blur of image and improve the quality of image. In this paper, on the basis of the analysis of the degradation model of motion blurred image and the restoration process of motion blurred image, the methods of image restoration of motion blurred image of Ochotona curzoniae are studied and implemented. The motion blurred images of Ochotona curzoniae are restored by the methods of inverse filter, Wiener filter and constrained least squares to improve the quality of the image of Ochotona curzoniae to better carry out the follow-up feature extraction and target recognition.","PeriodicalId":285687,"journal":{"name":"2013 International Conference on Information Technology and Applications","volume":"55 1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-11-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127238027","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Then we propose a new method of encoding of CT image by predicting PSNR based on LSSVM, which has lower computational complexity and improves about 1/3 in encoding efficiency compared to the ROI encoding algorithm based on ISA-DWT. Besides, it can also achieve the effect of balancing ROI and BR as ISA-DWT algorithm.","PeriodicalId":285687,"journal":{"name":"2013 International Conference on Information Technology and Applications","volume":"5 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-11-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132859695","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The ship model is described by a third order nonlinear model with unknown parameters and unknown virtual control gain function. The Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) type fuzzy systems are used to approximate unknown system functions, the adaptive fuzzy tracking controller is constructed by combining dynamic surface control (DSC) technique and the minimal-learning-parameters (MLP) algorithm. The stability analysis subject to the effect of input saturation constrains is conducted employing an auxiliary design system. With only one learning parameter and reduced computation load, the proposed algorithm can avoid both problem of \"explosion of complexity\" in the conventional back stepping method and singularity problem. In addition, the bounded ness stability of the closed-loop system is guaranteed and tracking error can be made arbitrary small. The effectiveness of the presented autopilot has been demonstrated in the simulation.","PeriodicalId":285687,"journal":{"name":"2013 International Conference on Information Technology and Applications","volume":"140 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-11-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116458678","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
