The separation of decoding module and storage module makes it possible to expand capacity and share music. Experimental results show that the data transmission speed is enhanced for the adoption of SD card. Abstract

This design overcomes disadvantages of traditional MP3 players which include few supported file formats, absence of intelligent interface and incapability of replacing storage devices.
