By analyzing the considered factors of teachers in the hand-operation procedure and applying sentence similarity algorithms based on How-Net and dependency syntax, a new automated assessment algorithm is designed to assess the student answers in the level of word and sentence, taking into consideration keywords and sentence structure what are two nonnegligible parts expressing the complete thought of a sentence. Result shows that the average temperature and winter precipitation increase, summer precipitation shows a trend of small gains, while the upward trend of annual precipitation is not obvious. All indicators of Hurst index in this study are greater than 0.5, which means that there is an obvious Hurst phenomenon, reflecting an existing trend component of climate change of Anhui province in recent 56 years. However, Hurst index has seasonal difference, bigger in summer than in winter, that summer climate effect is higher than winter. In this paper, we represent short text with Wikipedia concepts for classification. Short document text is mapped to Wikipedia concepts and the concepts are then used to represent document for text categorization. Traditional methods for classification such as SVM can be used to perform text categorization on the Wikipedia concept document representation. Experimental evaluation on real Google search snippets shows that our approach outperforms the traditional BOW method and gives good performance. Although it's not better than the state-of-the-art classifier (see e.g. Phan et al. To solve the problems of sample degradation and depletion in standard particle filtering tracking algorithm, a novel immune particle filtering target tracking method is proposed in Passive Millimeter Wave (PMMW) imaging. Particle filtering provides a framework in which the posterior density of PMMW target state is represented by a weighted sample set. By using the artificial immune algorithm combined with the Mean Shift algorithm, the samples are optimized during the evolution process. To achieve robust description of the PMMW targets, both gray and gradient orientation distributions are taken into account. Besides, the observation density is established by computing the Bhattacharyya distance between the distribution of the target model and that of the candidate. This system integrate the Internet of Things, wireless Mesh network, optical fiber and satellite communications platform comprehensively, as well as adopts B/S architecture, data mining database and remote database shared access modern information and other key technologies in order to realize the functions including disaster incident management, rescue command, visual management of disaster sites, rescue team and equipments management and emergency rescue plan management, etc. Strong extensibility and practicability were proved through the practical applications in a coal mine in Inner Mongolia and also proved by some training tests in a national rescue team in Heilongjiang province. In this paper, the probability statistics algorithm is proposed to help detect narrowband interference location in frequency spectrum.
