It can be modeled as a pattern recognition problem and addressed by multi-class support vector machines (SVMs). In this paper, one-against-one SVM and directed a cyclic graph SVM are adopted to diagnose the faulty analog circuit. Aiming at the uncertainty of the node arrangement and the error accumulation phenomenon, the improved directed a cyclic graph SVM based on fisher separability measure in high dimensional feature space and margin of SVM is proposed. To further improve the diagnostic accuracy the combined kernel function based on Lévy kernel function and Gaussian kernel function is adopted. Experimental results show the effectiveness of the proposed method.","PeriodicalId":285687,"journal":{"name":"2013 International Conference on Information Technology and Applications","volume":"12 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-11-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127901150","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, popular image processing techniques have little been used in this specific domain. Especially, how to model traditional Chinese painting images based on ontology is a very important and urgent task. In the paper, the characteristics of traditional Chinese painting are analyzed firstly. Then, the process of constructing ontology for traditional Chinese painting is dissertated in details, including how to select appropriate classes and properties in CRM ontology and how to extend them in specific domain. In addition, the framework of retrieval is introduced. Ontology is a good avenue for knowledge sharing and information integration. The work of the paper is very meaning to information standardization in specific Chinese art image domain.","PeriodicalId":285687,"journal":{"name":"2013 International Conference on Information Technology and Applications","volume":"10 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-11-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125231351","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This paper deals with the problem of tracking multiple maneuvering targets using raw image observation. The multi-target state is formulated as random finite set and its posterior distribution is approximated by multi-Bernoulli parameters. Multiple model approach is proposed to accommodate the uncertainty of the possible target dynamics, and sequential Monte Carlo method is presented to implement the multiple-model multi-Bernoulli (MM-MeMBer) filter. The state estimates are obtained by combining the result of mode-dependent filtering for the Bernoulli components with high existence probabilities. Simulation results for multi-target track-before-detect application show the improved performance of the proposed method over MeMBer filters in the single-model fashion under the condition of equivalent computational complexity.","PeriodicalId":285687,"journal":{"name":"2013 International Conference on Information Technology and Applications","volume":"57 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-11-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134443813","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this paper, we propose a (NER) technique, which uses text classification methods for annotating the phrases and digital numbers to develop the query to be searched in the index. We also investigate which exploits the duality between set of the phrases and digital numbers to grow the target relation, assign the high scores, a passage extraction and ranking component. The overall architecture applied during development is described. To test our technique we use it to extract a relation of the phrases and digits pairs from the Web.","PeriodicalId":285687,"journal":{"name":"2013 International Conference on Information Technology and Applications","volume":"259 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-11-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114531463","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Research aim at bus travel time prediction is comprehensive at home and abroad. This paper proposes a model to combine road traffic state with bus travel to form the Bayesian network, with a lot of historical data, the parameter of network can be achieved, through estimating the real-time traffic status, so as to predict the bus travel time. We introduced Markov transfer matrix to forecast the traffic state, and substitute the estimate state value into the joint distribution of bus travel time and state, the real time bus travel time predicted value can be obtained. Bus travel time predicted by the proposed model is assessed with data of transit route 69 in Guangzhou between two bus stops, the results show that the proposed model is feasible, but the accuracy needs to be further improved.","PeriodicalId":285687,"journal":{"name":"2013 International Conference on Information Technology and Applications","volume":"32 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-11-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123054481","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This method performs image quality assessment by incorporating a graphical model. To obtain the results of the image quality assessment, first, we use a set of pristine and distorted images without human subjective scores for training. Second, the images are represented by several quality-aware visual words that are based on natural scene statistic features. Third, author topic model is leveraged to estimate probability of topic for the regions in the test images. At last, the perceptual quality score of the whole image can be obtained by comparing the estimated probabilities of topics with the average distribution of topics for a large number of natural images. Experimental evaluation on the LIVE IQA database demonstrates that the proposed method correlates well with human difference mean opinion scores.","PeriodicalId":285687,"journal":{"name":"2013 International Conference on Information Technology and Applications","volume":"4 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-11-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125278829","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

For such system, the major problem is how to achieve high accuracy. Our solution is based on the high performance counter, which is an ordinary part of most computers in recent years. The time stamp is recorded in every single PC when any event happens instead of sending a command at the same time which is the ordinary method. Before grabbing signals, the start points of time stamp are calibrated by sending a short code circularly in order to find the timestamp corresponding to the shortest duration. Experiments show that the oscillator frequency got by system API is not reliable, so the coefficient has to be calibrated for every PC, and the result show that least square method can achieve satisfied accuracy. The system has potential values in real application, such as affective computing or micro expression recognition.","PeriodicalId":285687,"journal":{"name":"2013 International Conference on Information Technology and Applications","volume":"5 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-11-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125574543","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
