Abstract

As a newly emerged commercial model, E-Business develops rapidly since 1990s. However, with the rapid development of these E-Business (Electronic Business) platform enterprises, competitions among them are increasingly intensified. Therefore, it is extremely important and urgent to make clear the competitive mechanism.
