Selain itu, prosedur penelitian menggunakan teknik penelitian kuantitatif dengan subjek penelitian di sektor perhotelan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia, metode pengumpulan data yang di gunakan adalah dokumentasi. Statistik deskriptif, seperti regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi, dan signifikansi, digunakan dalam teknik analisis data. Setelah di lakukan penelitian di peroleh persamaan regresi linier berganda Y = 1,505 + 0,255X1 – 0,105X2 yang menunjukan bahwa variabel rasio pasar yaitu price earning ratio (PER) lebih dominan dari pada variabel rasio profitabilitas yaitu return on asset (ROA) dalam mempengaruhi return saham. Dari perhitungan koefisien determinasi didapat hasil 0,077, dari data menunjukan keadaan sumbangan dampak rasio pasar serta rasio profitabilitas terhadap return saham sebesar 7,7% dan sisanya 92,3% di pengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diuji. Price Earning Ratio (PER) dan Return On Asset keduanya memiliki nilai signifikan masing-masing sebesar 0,026 dan 0,260 untuk mendukung hipotesis penelitian. Menurut temuan penelitian, price earning ratio memiliki dampak yang cukup besar terhadap pengembalian saham sementara pengembalian aset memiliki dampak yang tidak signifikan. Hasil uji F hitung menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,038 yang menunjukkan bahwa rasio pasar dan rasio profitabilitas secara bersama-sama berpengaruh besar terhadap return saham.\u0000 \u0000Kata Kunci: Price Earning Ratio, Return On Asset, Return Saham.\u0000 \u0000ABSTRACT\u0000 \u0000This study looks at how market ratios and profitability ratios affect stock returns in the hotel sector. In addition, the research procedure uses quantitative research techniques with research subjects in the hotel sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, the data collection method used is documentation. Descriptive statistics, such as multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, and significance, are used in data analysis techniques. After doing the research, we get the multiple linear regression equation Y = 1.505 + 0.255X1 – 0.105X2 which shows that the market ratio variable, namely price earning ratio (PER), is more dominant than the profitability ratio variable, namely return on assets (ROA) in influencing stock returns. . From the calculation of the coefficient of determination, the result is 0.077. From the data, it shows that the condition of the contribution to the impact of the market ratio and the ratio of profitability to stock returns is 7.7% and the remaining 92.3% is influenced by other variables not tested. Sumber data akan digunakan terdiri dari data primer akan diperoleh melalui peredaran pertanyaan untuk responden, dan data sekunder yang dikumpulkan melalui dokumentasi serta studi pustaka akan relevan melalui penelitian. Teknik analisis data akan diterapkan mencakup uji linier berganda, uji koefisien korelasi, dan uji koefisien determinasi (R2). Uji hipotesis yang dilakukan melibatkan uji t dan uji F. Dari hasil uji t, didapatkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,00 untuk variabels qualitys of work life dan keadilan organisasi. Oleh karena itu, bisa disimpulkan bahwa secara parsial, keduanya memiliki pengaruh. The utilized approach is quantitative associative. The research population comprises all government officials, totaling 67 individuals, in Simpang Tiga Jaya village, Ogan Komering Ilir district. The sampling method employed is a saturated sampling technique. Data for this study are gathered through primary means by distributing questionnaires to respondents, and secondary data are collected through documentation and relevant literature studies. The data analysis methods include multiple linear tests, correlation coefficient tests, and determination coefficient tests (R2). The hypothesis tests employed include the t-test and F-test. The t-test results yielded significant values of 0.00 for both the quality of work life and organizational justice variables, leading to the partial conclusion that they may have an impact individually. Dengan memakai metode pengumpulan data dalam bentuk kusioner, memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi menggunakan google form dan diisi melalui link yang dibagikan. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 100 responden yang mamakai kosmetik purbasari. Teknik yang dipakai pada penelitian ini yaitu Non probability sampling ialah teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian adalah electronic word of mouth berdampak positif dan parsial pada keputusan pembelian dengan nilai t hitung 3.019 serta nilai signifikansi 0,003 < 0,05 dan brand image berdampak positif dan parsial pada keputusan pembelian dengan t hitung 5.733 serta nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 dan digital marketing berdampak positif dan parsial pada keputusan pembelian dengan nilai t hitung 5.086 serta nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. The research population consisted of 100 respondents who used Purbasari cosmetics. The technique used in this research is non-probability sampling, namely a purposive sampling technique. BCMN Unit Cinta Manis Ogan Ilir. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dengan metode pengumpulan data angket dan wawancara. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 68 karyawan. Dengan teknik analisis menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F, koefisien determinasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut: (1) komunikasi kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja, dimana nilai t sebesar 5,244 dan sig 0,000. (2) Apresiasi pegawai berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja, dimana nilai t sebesar 1,560 dan sig 0,030. (3) secara simultan komunikasi kerja dan apresiasi pegawai berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja, dimana nilai F sebesar 162,064 dan signifikan 0,000. Besarnya pengaruh variabel independen terhadap prestasi kerja sebesar 82,8%. Akhirnya kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh komunikasi kerja dan apresiasi karyawan terhadap prestasi kerja pada PT. BCMN Unit Cinta Manis Ogan Ilir.\u0000 \u0000Kata Kunci: Prestasi Kerja, Komunikasi Kerja, Reward Karyawan.\u0000 \u0000ABSTRACT\u0000 \u0000This study aims of this research is to determine the effect of employee communication and appreciation on work performance at PT. BCMN Unit Cinta Manis Ogan Ilir. This research uses quantitative methods, with questionnaire and interview data collection methods. The research used a sample of 68 employees. With analysis techniques using validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression, t test, F test, coefficient of determination. Based on the research results, the following results were obtained: (1) work communication had a significant positive effect on work performance, where the t value was 5.244 and sig 0.000. (2) Employee appreciation has a significant positive effect on work performance, where the t value is 1.560 and sig 0.030. (3) simultaneously work communication and employee appreciation have a significant effect on work performance, where the F value is 162.064 and is significant 0.000. The magnitude of the influence of the independent variables on work performance is 82.8%. Metode yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling, dan besar sampelnya adalah 86 responden. Menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen. Selain itu terdapat uji asumsi tradisional yang meliputi uji heteroskedastisitas, multikolinearitas, dan normalitas. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, analisis koefisien korelasi, dan analisis koefisien determinasi. Untuk mengevaluasi hipotesis yaitu uji F dan t. Nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000<0,05 diperoleh secara simultan dari hasil uji F yang secara parsial menyimpulkan bahwa Karakteristik Individu (X1) dan Karakteristik Pekerjaan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y), dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,003 < 0,05 dan 0,002 < 0,05, masing-masing. Kinerja karyawan IPC terminal peti kemas ternyata dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh karakteristik individu dan pekerjaan pada saat yang bersamaan. \u0000 \u0000Kata Kunci: Karakteristik Individu, Karakteristik Pekerjaan, Kinerja Pegawai. \u0000 \u0000ABSTRACT \u0000 \u0000The aim of this research is to evaluate hypotheses regarding the influence of job characteristics and individual characteristics on the performance of IPC employees at container terminals. The method used was purposive sampling, and the sample size was 86 respondents. Using instrument validity and reliability tests. Populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan seluruh pegawai PT PLN (Persero) ULP Medan Denai yang berjumlah 87 pegawai, dengan teknik sampling jenuh maka jumlah sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 87 pegawai. Penelitian ini dilakukan dari September 2023 yang direncanakan akan selesai hingga Desember 2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan data kuantitatif yang diolah dengan menggunakan SmartPLS 3 dengan model analisis jalur. Sumber data berasal dari responden yang dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Hasil penelitian dari segi pengaruh secara langsung menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan kerja, kompensasi dan motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada PT PLN (Persero) ULP Medan Denai, begitu juga dengan kemampuan kerja dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai pada PT PLN (Persero) ULP Medan Denai. Sedangkan untuk pengaruh secara tidak langsung menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan kerja dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada PT PLN (Persero) ULP Medan Denai dengan motivasi sebagai variabel intervening. Sebesar 94,7% kinerja pegawai dipengaruhi oleh kemampuan kerja dan kompensasi. Sementara besar pengaruh dari kemampuan kerja dan kompensasi terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan sebesar 80,6%.\u0000 \u0000Kata Kunci: Kemampuan Kerja, Kompensasi, Motivasi, Kinerja.\u0000 \u0000ABSTRACT\u0000 \u0000This research aims to investigate the influence of work capability (X1) and compensation (X2) on employee performance (Y) at PT PLN (Persero) ULP Medan Denai, with motivation (Z) as an intervening variable. The population in this study consists of all employees of PT PLN (Persero) ULP Medan Denai, totaling 87 employees. With a saturated sampling technique, the obtained sample size is also 87 employees. The research is conducted from September 2023, with a planned completion date in December 2023. It utilizes quantitative data processed using SmartPLS 3 with a path analysis model. Data sources are collected from respondents through questionnaire distribution. The research results indicate that, in terms of direct influence, work capability, compensation, and motivation have a positive and significant impact on employee performance at PT PLN (Persero) ULP Medan Denai. Similarly, work capability and compensation have a positive and significant impact on employee work motivation at PT PLN (Persero) ULP Medan Denai. Regarding indirect influence, work capability and compensation positively and significantly affect employee performance at PT PLN (Persero) ULP Medan Denai with motivation as an intervening variable. Penelitian ini dilakukan guna menguji pengaruh ukuran dewan, usia dewan, keragaman kebangsaan dan rangkap jabatan terhadap kinerja perusahaan serta analisa dampak dimoderasi oleh diversitas gender. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling menghasilkan 301 perusahan non keuangan yang terdaftar di BEI dengan periode data 5 tahun sehingga berjumlah 1,503 data. Pengujian data dilakukan dengan analisis linear berganda. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan kalau ukuran dewan, usia dewan, keragaman kebangsaan dan rangkap jabatan mempengaruhi kinerja perusahaan. Diversitas gender mampu memperkuat hubungan usia dewan terhadap kinerja perusahaan serta memperkuat hubungan keragaman kebangsaan terhadap kinerja perusahaan.\u0000 \u0000Kata Kunci: Diversitas Gender, Kinerja Perusahaan, Ukuran Dewan, Keragaman Kebangsaan, Rangkap Jabatan.\u0000 \u0000ABSTRACT\u0000 \u0000The phenomenon of gender diversity in corporate governance is an interesting thing to observe, especially in Indonesia. This study aimed to examine the effect of board size, board age, nationality diversity and concurrent positions on firm performance and analyse the impact moderated by gender diversity. The sample selection was conducted using the purposive sampling techniques resulting in 301 non-financial companies listed on the IDX with a 5-year data period totalling 1,503 data. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that board size, board age, nationality diversity and concurrent positions affect firm performance. Matahari OPI Mall Palembang. Populasinya berjumlah 127 karyawan di PT. Matahari OPI Mall Palembang. Teknik pengambilan sampelnya menerapkan metode probability sampling ataupun secara random. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada para karyawan. Analisa menggunakan regresi linear berganda, koefisien determinasi, koefisien korelasi, uji T dan uji F melalui bantuan SPSS versi 22. Hasilnya menyimpulkan dalam uji –F ada pengaruh secara signifikan antara variabel reward dan lingkungan kerja pada kepuasan serta nilainya 0,000 < 0,05. Dan dalam uji secara parsial (uji –T) reward secara parsial mempengaurhi signifikan pada kepuasan kerja senilai 0,000 < 0,05 dan lingkungan kerja sebagian tidak mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja senilai nilai 0,916 > 0,05.\u0000 \u0000Kata Kunci: Reward, Lingkungan Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja.\u0000 \u0000ABSTRACT\u0000 \u0000This study aims to test the hypothesis of the effect of reward and work environment on employee job satisfaction at PT. Matahari OPI Mall Palembang. The population is 127 employees at PT. Matahari OPI Mall Palembang. The sampling technique applies the probability sampling method or randomly. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to employees. The analysis uses multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, correlation coefficient, T test and F test with the help of SPSS version 22. The results conclude that in the F-test there is a significant effect between reward and work environment variables on satisfaction and the value is 0.000 <0.05.
