Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut: (1) komunikasi kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja, dimana nilai t sebesar 5,244 dan sig 0,000. (2) Apresiasi pegawai berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja, dimana nilai t sebesar 1,560 dan sig 0,030. (3) secara simultan komunikasi kerja dan apresiasi pegawai berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja, dimana nilai F sebesar 162,064 dan signifikan 0,000. Besarnya pengaruh variabel independen terhadap prestasi kerja sebesar 82,8%. Akhirnya kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh komunikasi kerja dan apresiasi karyawan terhadap prestasi kerja pada PT. BCMN Unit Cinta Manis Ogan Ilir.\n \nKata Kunci: Prestasi Kerja, Komunikasi Kerja, Reward Karyawan.\n \nABSTRACT\n \nThis study aims of this research is to determine the effect of employee communication and appreciation on work performance at PT. Abstract

ABSTRAK   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi dan apresiasi karyawan terhadap prestasi kerja pada PT. BCMN Unit Cinta Manis Ogan Ilir. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dengan metode pengumpulan data angket dan wawancara. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 68 karyawan. Dengan teknik analisis menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F, koefisien determinasi.
