Matahari OPI Mall Palembang. Populasinya berjumlah 127 karyawan di PT. Matahari OPI Mall Palembang. Teknik pengambilan sampelnya menerapkan metode probability sampling ataupun secara random. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada para karyawan. Analisa menggunakan regresi linear berganda, koefisien determinasi, koefisien korelasi, uji T dan uji F melalui bantuan SPSS versi 22. Hasilnya menyimpulkan dalam uji –F ada pengaruh secara signifikan antara variabel reward dan lingkungan kerja pada kepuasan serta nilainya 0,000 < 0,05. Dan dalam uji secara parsial (uji –T) reward secara parsial mempengaurhi signifikan pada kepuasan kerja senilai 0,000 < 0,05 dan lingkungan kerja sebagian tidak mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja senilai nilai 0,916 > 0,05.\n \nKata Kunci: Reward, Lingkungan Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja.\n \nABSTRACT\n \nThis study aims to test the hypothesis of the effect of reward and work environment on employee job satisfaction at PT. Matahari OPI Mall Palembang. The population is 127 employees at PT. Matahari OPI Mall Palembang. The sampling technique applies the probability sampling method or randomly. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to employees. The analysis uses multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, correlation coefficient, T test and F test with the help of SPSS version 22. The results conclude that in the F-test there is a significant effect between reward and work environment variables on satisfaction and the value is 0.000 <0.05.
