In the modern world, a university graduate is subject to certain requirements for the level and content of competencies formed in the learning process, the main of which are the ability to self-educate, autonomy and the ability to adapt to a changing situation. The skills necessary for this can be obtained in the process of independent work, which ensures the continuity of education and the possibility of advanced training. This paper discusses the organization of independent study by bachelors of the specialty \"Economics\" of the Samara State University of Communications of a separate section of mathematics, called \"Linear models in economics\". Since this is the first of the sections of mathematics studied independently, it is recommended that all educational material on it be placed in the EIEE of the university. For its assimilation, the student is recommended to: read, understand and outline the proposed material; solve problems in accordance with their version, answer in writing the main questions. Control consists in checking by the teacher the availability and quality of notes compiled by students; verification of an individual solution by each student of his version of tasks; conducting a blitz survey or testing.","PeriodicalId":284515,"journal":{"name":"Izvestiya of the Samara Science Centre of the Russian Academy of Sciences. The author analyzes the studies of the phenomenon of \"media\" in the works of representatives of various scientific fields, clarifies the concept itself, identifies the theoretical foundations of digital media, correlates the phenomena of \"digital media\" and \"new media\", traces the formation of new humanities – Digital Humanities and media philosophy. The author comes to the conclusion that digital media should be understood as a set of cultural objects and technological tools, the first of which are generated, replicated or created using the second, based on the use of a digital format. To date, the most progressive (innovative) technical method of creation (generation, copying, replication) is the digital method, which means that digital technologies are becoming the main qualification in the concept of \"digital media\". Therefore, \"new media\" is currently analogous to \"digital media\". It is assumed that further technical evolution at some point will “erase” the equal sign between them. Thus, the concepts of \"media\", \"new media\" and \"digital media\" are currently \"chronically open\" concepts with academically unsettled criteria and gradation. Their understanding in the system of humanitarian knowledge is conventional. Supplementation and clarification in this case depends not only and not so much on the quantity and quality of research, but on the chosen research \"field\" with the specification of its purpose.","PeriodicalId":284515,"journal":{"name":"Izvestiya of the Samara Science Centre of the Russian Academy of Sciences. In general, one can talk of aestheticisation of culture, which could not but have a certain impact on art. The departure from “classical art” began already in the epoch of modernism. The “digital turn” has contributed to new hypostasis of art in culture. The virtual medium has introduced new, unprecedented opportunities both in technical and spiritual aspects. Artworks have become more accessible to the general public, with a possibility of user intervention in creative process and the use of artificial intelligence therein. The phenomenon of cyber art has emerged, requiring profound culturological analysis. The use of digital technologies in creation of artworks actualises the issue of constraints of artificial intelligence potential in creative process as well as the problem of ethical and aesthetic content of works created by neural network with the use of algorithms and other digital technologies. In this regard, the notion of mosaic culture is important – as consisting of disparate elements, lacking consistency and integrity of perception and cognition. The mosaic culture refers one to the concept of “rhizome,” reflecting as well the consumer-oriented aspect of the mass culture. Therefore, this entails a danger of replacing the unique nature by mainstream values, and, moreover, of transformation or even loss of the original ontological and axiological sense of the artwork.","PeriodicalId":284515,"journal":{"name":"Izvestiya of the Samara Science Centre of the Russian Academy of Sciences. Objects of intellectual property, unlike other types of property, have an intangible basis, are created on the basis of the latest knowledge of world science and technology. The main resource for creating objects/products of intellectual property are engineering and reengineering developments of scientists, engineering specialists and inventors to create science-intensive and high-tech technical, including transport objects of new generations, competitive on the world market and recognized as official state patents by departments in the aggregate of their distinctive properties from analogues and prototypes by objects of intellectual property. According to the Patent Law of the Russian Federation, objects of intellectual property are: objects of copyright, typology of integrated circuits, objects of industrial property and know-how. In turn, the industrial property cluster includes: technology patents, inventions, devices, utility model patents, industrial design patents, trademark certificates, computer programs and computer databases. It is extremely important that intellectual property as a commodity has its own value in the market of intellectual services and is an object of intangible assets of an enterprise/company. Authors-developers and enterprises/firms/corporations and the state as a whole are interested in creating intellectual property objects, since it makes a large contribution to the gross domestic product. Since it is impossible to teach how to create objects of intellectual property in a short time, the process of forming such a specialist must begin at the stage of professional training at a university.","PeriodicalId":284515,"journal":{"name":"Izvestiya of the Samara Science Centre of the Russian Academy of Sciences. The subject is the national topic in A.S. Pushkin’s works. The material for the article is the novel “Eugene Onegin”. The fifth chapter of the novel, namely Tatyana’s dream, is in the center of the hermeneutic reconstruction. Much attention is paid to the Russian folklore tradition in the novel, which is expressed both explicitly and implicitly. The research methodology is reduced to a holistic ontohermeneutical analysis aimed at highlighting the folkloric, ethnographic paradigm of this literary text, which allows addressing the issues of the creative process itself ontologically, digging into the understanding of the phenomenon of Pushkin’s “magic crystal”. Much attention is paid to the dream as a borderline state, which is equated with death. Parallels are drawn with the Russian fairy tale and folkloric account. Tatyana has semiotic thinking, and this must be taken into account by a researcher analyzing the oneiric space of \"Eugene Onegin\". The research results are to identify the cultural potential of the work for further study of the national topic, national existence and otherness, apophatics as a phenomenon of Russian culture associated with the phenomenon of death. The research results can also be used in teaching courses on Russian literature of the 19th century, cultural studies, philosophy.","PeriodicalId":284515,"journal":{"name":"Izvestiya of the Samara Science Centre of the Russian Academy of Sciences. Also in this article, we analyzed some patterns of behavior of convicts, identified causal relationships and, on the basis of this, summed up: how physical culture and sports work directly affects behavior. Achieving the main goal of the penitentiary policy - the correction of convicts - we consider it quite acceptable due to the active physical culture and sports work with convicts in places of deprivation of liberty. Among the advantages of this kind of events, an important place is occupied by such characteristics as mass character, unobtrusiveness, leisure nature and ease of implementation. Important here is the fact that when communicating and working with convicts, it is necessary to take into account their individual characteristics, starting with health and ending with character. From the point of view of the mental, and not the physical process, playing sports disciplines a person, he becomes more restrained, balanced and self-confident. This will significantly reduce the risk of conflicts in correctional institutions, both with convicts and with employees. First of all, physical education is not only exercises and loads, but also various conversations with convicts, conducting all kinds of trainings for motivation.","PeriodicalId":284515,"journal":{"name":"Izvestiya of the Samara Science Centre of the Russian Academy of Sciences. Considering the phenomenon of ritual as a cultural system, the authors largely proceed from the semiotic understanding of culture itself as a system focused on the generation and preservation of meanings. In this regard, the theoretical and methodological basis of the study is the concept of the American anthropologist and sociologist K. Girtz. The works of foreign (A. van Gennep, B. Malinovsky, V. The authors come to the conclusion that the wedding ritual is a complex semiotic complex, the constitutive moment of which is the fixation of the religious-symbolic, social, psychological transition that the bride and groom make. Entering the sphere of human existence, the wedding ritual integrates various contexts in its symbolic field: religious, cultural, social. Being a communicative socially significant event, the traditional religious wedding ritual is inevitably associated with the processes of secondary semantization occurring within certain sociocultural situations.","PeriodicalId":284515,"journal":{"name":"Izvestiya of the Samara Science Centre of the Russian Academy of Sciences. By this name, we mean many different principles of interaction between light and an object that create shadows. Since projection involves the use of light to achieve \"light scenes\" as well as the use of light as a tool for creating shadows, it is fair to call such a theater \"theater of light and shadows.\" If we use the name “puppet theater”, since the puppet is the main performer in the performance, then in this case both light and shadows equally participate in their performing roles in the “light and shadow theater”. Light without shadow would not be light, and conversely, a shadow without light would not be a shadow. Their uses have evolved over time. Technological progress has also opened up great opportunities for the play of light and shadow. But the principle and essence of the function of the relationship between light and shadow did not change. Light, just like shadow, played a certain role on the screen within the framework of the plot presented in the play. Unfortunately, in theater studies there is still no professional theatrical terminology that allows you to communicate easily and understandably to all participants in the creation of such a performance. Right, professional terminology for working in the shadow theater technique is currently absent. The establishment of such a terminological system would help, first of all, to more easily define and distinguish between the varieties of shadows and light used, and also to raise this type of theater to a higher professional level.","PeriodicalId":284515,"journal":{"name":"Izvestiya of the Samara Science Centre of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
