By means of literature reading, analysis and model design, this paper brings forth different incentive methods for the two major roles in the market economy, so as to improve the effectiveness of the team members. Starting from the two major modules of “Organization” and “Leading”, a team demand analysis canvas model is designed from three stages of team building, which are planning, recruiting and retaining. The results were as follows: (1)Significant differences between college students with and without siblings were found in the dimension of career adaptability's total score, and also in concern, control, curiosity and confidence dimension of career adaptability, as well as in the total score of learning motivation and its dimension of intrinsic motivation; whereas no significant difference existed in college education outcome expectation and proactive personality between students with and without siblings; (2)Structural equation modeling revealed that both college education outcome expectation and proactive personality significantly predicted learning motivation; (3)Career adaptability partially mediated the influence of college education outcome expectation and proactive personality on learning motivation. Consequently, it is very necessary to construct a non-profit organization on the education of preventing children from committing crimes. This study will provide specialized education and services for children under 14 years old to prevent more juvenile delinquency. Starting from the current situation of China's criminal law, this paper analyzes the necessity of building a juvenile crime prevention education center. The research shows that the analysis of learning situation should fully take into account the learners' original knowledge reserve, existing cognitive ability and physical and mental characteristics; the teaching objectives should be set at low-level and high-level; the adoption of teaching methods should be appropriate and diverse; the teaching content should highlight the analysis of action essentials, key and difficult points, easy to make mistakes and solutions, curriculum resources and so on. Through the ToBI images, the similarities and differences between the intonational properties of the two dialect systems have been revealed. This paper mainly has the following findings. Firstly, the tone becomes higher when the speaker intends to indicate the narrow focus on this part of the sentence or words. Secondly, in Weifang dialect, the topic of the topic utterance is not stressed, while the part after the topic has a higher tone. Thirdly, Harbin dialict is likely to make a higher tone at the beginning of the utterance. Finally, a pause exists between the topic and the after part in the topic utterance in both two dialects.
