Strengthening the education of juvenile delinquency prevention: structure the Education Center for juvenile delinquency prevention

Abstract

In recent years, juvenile delinquency has gradually developed into a young age and a malignant one. Attention must be paid to the education of preventing juvenile delinquency. In addition to family education and the reformative work-study education system, it is beneficial for China to build a complete education support system. Consequently, it is very necessary to construct a non-profit organization on the education of preventing children from committing crimes. This study will provide specialized education and services for children under 14 years old to prevent more juvenile delinquency. Starting from the current situation of China's criminal law, this paper analyzes the necessity of building a juvenile crime prevention education center. The feasibility of constructing this education center is verified from the aspects of service objects, organizational structure and personnel requirements.
