摘要

在知识经济和大数据时代,调动脑力劳动者积极性的科学管理体系变得复杂,如何有效量化衡量脑力劳动者贡献的标准,引导其实现个人目标与组织目标的有机统一,是当前团队协调的软肋。本文通过文献阅读、分析和模型设计,对市场经济中的两大角色提出了不同的激励方法,以提高团队成员的有效性。从“组织”和“领导”两大模块出发,从团队建设的规划、招聘和保留三个阶段设计了团队需求分析画布模型。该模型的设计以HBPU刘贤明先生的团队需求分析画布为基础,旨在通过形成一套新时代不同角色的激励制度模型,提高团队管理的有效性。
