Intelligent Enabling Fashion Supply Chain Management Innovation

Fashion supply chain has distinct industry characteristics, especially under the requirement of consumption sovereignty, so the demand for fast change, short cycle and flexibility is particularly strong. The traditional supply chain system is difficult to meet the needs of fashion supply chain. The embedding of artificial intelligence provides an innovative management model for fashion supply chain system. According to the policy requirements of building intelligent supply chain in China, this paper analyzes the path of intelligent supply chain construction, and further analyzes the mode of intelligent innovation of fashion supply chain. It is hoped that the fashion industry will take this opportunity to further expand the coverage and business model of the fashion field and form more fashion bright spots, for the development of fashion supply chain to provide a broader stage of development.
