摘要

随着青少年在线学习的普及和进步,注意力管理是一个必不可少的问题。本研究首先介绍了注意力管理的必要性和可行性。其次,从生理、心理和社会三个方面分析了青少年注意力分配的特点。最后,基于生态系统理论、多媒体学习认知模型和管理焦点模型,提出了青少年在线学习注意力管理的措施和建议,主要包括在线学习课程大纲设计和任务互动,充分考虑青少年的注意力特点;家长的角色和在线课程设计,以提高青少年在线学习的效率和效果。
