The mechanism of how those delays influence the material flow and information flow is relatively less studied. In this paper, a system dynamics model is presented to describe the disaster-relief supply chain under dynamic transport and information delays. Three levels of each delay are generated respectively and nine scenarios are cross-constructed from them. The simulation results indicate that the transport delay influences the material flow directly, while the information delay impacts the system in multiple ways. Furthermore, two enhanced inventory desiring methods trying to suppress those impacts are discussed. First of all, this paper turns uncertain volatility of the commercial real estate rent into the particular random process which could describe its mathematical characteristics with some parameters; Secondly, this paper uses Monte Carlo simulation and Asian options to set up a pricing model of the commercial real estate rents; Finally it calculates the specific parameters by analyzing the fluctuation of Grade A office building rent in the last ten years in Hong Kong, and reveals the impact of the pricing model on commercial real estate rents. The Grove Tubman — Hartman Theorem has been applied to redesign the system of nonlinear differential equations, with data in two periods: December 1999 — October 2005 and November 2005 — January 2010. The law of relationship changes between exchange rate and interest rates has been modeled. The empirical results show that the dynamics of these changes may have seven systems; this is based on the complex structure of the financial system. Models have been established based on the analysis of the relationship between costs and revenue and quality level. The article takes the maximum quality profit and loss as the ultimate index in deciding best quality level. Taking ZX's product information in domestic system as an example, the article analyzes the quality profit and loss model and proves that best quality level is neither 100% nor the minimum total quality costs put forward by traditional models, but the maximum quality profit and loss. The quality profit and loss model overcomes both the weakness of the minimum total quality cost in traditional models and 100% qualified in zero defects theory, and revises the relationship between costs and quality level. In addition, this article made comparative analysis of traditional models and the quality profit and loss model by using real data of the enterprise. And it proves that the quality profit and loss model is more appropriate for practical situation of total quality cost management in the circumstance of modern production management. Despite the national characteristics of economic systems, the BRICS (Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa) countries are facing similar institutional and economic challenges: an active government regulation, the need for improvement of transport and energy infrastructure, corruption and intellectual property protection, as well as building effective national innovation systems. Modern innovation system of BRICS countries have gone through several phases and include the development of infrastructure (technology parks, technology transfer centers, venture capital funds), a clear scientific and technological policy and regulatory framework. But have yet to solve the problems of patenting and protection of intellectual property rights, without which there couldn't be a successful technology development. In this paper, by the method of evolutionary game theory, we divided the context of alliance into weak intellectual property protection system and strong intellectual protection system, structured a dynamic system equation of stability of technology innovation alliance based on the safeguard against opportunism, discussed its stability and concluded the significant importance of intellectual property protection to the stability of technology innovation alliance.
