Through model construction and the use of panel threshold regression analysis, we think the degree of financial development level is the clustering key that restrict China's industrial agglomeration, and we use the 2000 to 2010 provincial panel data, combined with inter-provincial of the financial development by building the threshold panel threshold regression model, examine FDI caused industrial agglomeration effects in different regions, test results confirmed there is a big difference FDI impact on industrial agglomeration in China between provincial and regional differences. Through the data of 52 STIPs in China during the period between 2005 and 2007, we find that the presence of innovational legitimacy have a positive effect on the innovational performance of a cluster. Moreover, the legitimacy has a U-style relationship with cluster's R&D HR investment. And the relationship between R&D investment and cluster's innovational performance is be moderated by the legitimacy. These findings indicate that the legitimacy plays a role as both independent variable and moderating variable for the cluster's innovational behaviors. The hidden irregularities include adulteration of dairy farmers and milk stations, producing fake of processing enterprises and selling fake of sales networks. In this paper, dairy processing enterprises as the research object, it is realistic significance to analyze hidden irregularity of processing enterprises by making use of evolutionary game analysis method because of enterprise's bounded rationality. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the long-term evolutionary trend of hidden irregularity of processing enterprises by applying replication dynamics mechanism of evolutionary game theory on the condition of bounded rationality. In this paper, on the basic of evolutionary game theory and method, we create the evolutionary game of hidden irregularity of processing enterprises, and then analyze dynamical evolutionary process. The analysis results indicate that the impact factors of hidden irregularity of processing enterprises are the marginal revenue of inferior dairy products, the penalty amount of inferior dairy products and the probability of finding inferior dairy products. While, determination of the function weight is one of the critical decision milestones for realizing the quantitative evaluation of value engineering. The main aim of this paper is to structure a practical application model on determining index weights of evaluation system for construction scheme selection. Basic principles of triangle fuzzy number and index number scale are introduced. Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP), based on the index number scale, is utilized to model the weight vector determination. Then, after structuring the fundamental hierarchic system, the model is performed with a case application on scheme optimization of a teaching and laboratory building in campus. The model is estimated using quarterly panel data in Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai and Chongqing from 1999 to 2010. The conclusions are as follows. (1) Compared to the traditional fundamental factors, land supply is playing a vital role in housing price movements from both demand-side by affecting expectation formation and supply-side by influencing land banking and factor cost in China. After goods get out the economy constituent, the action of goods gives expression in the process of utility value in utility management. The book usage factor can evaluate a kind of books within same category and the book usage half-life can evaluate all kinds of books within same category. Using Pearson correlation and independent-samples t-tests on data collected from 66 Guangdong province technology-based firms during the second half of 2010, the relationship between knowledge management, business model innovation, organizational culture, strong ties, personal relationship and IPR enforcement were investigated. The discussion of the results obtained highlights several possible explications as related to the relevance (or the lack of it) of such factors and identify avenues for further research. Result shows that enterprise performance evaluation focused from purely financial index to non-financial index, especially internal employee learning and growth in a modern enterprise performance evaluation of the most important factor. Customer satisfaction degree is also important. Enterprise internal progress influence enterprise strategy more and more, so enterprise should improve the employee quality to be able to make the customer to be pleased, can hold the more market share, can enable the enterprise obtain more profit.
