We carried out a comparative analysis of foreign and national approaches to determining the criteria for the effective use of classroom funds as well as to modeling and automating processes related to classroom fund management.The research presents an author-proposed interpretation of setting classroom fund management objective. Moreover, it identifies a system of control actions, describes author-developed approaches to creating models, methods, and technologies for managing classroom funds. We have proposed several basic principles for adapting and implementing classroom fund management systems in educational institutions on the basis of the generalized experience of developing, implementing, and using classroom fund management technologies at various levels and with different models of education.Using the example of the Siberian State University of Geosystems and Technologies, we describe the experience of implementing a system that comprehensively solves the problems related to classroom fund management. Employing an appropriately qualified workforce is critical to stimulating economic growth. In October 2021, the federal project “Development of the IT industry human resources” of the national program “Digital Economy of the Russian Federation” was approved by the Government of Russia. The project is being implemented as part of the list of initiatives for the socio-economic development of the Russian Federation until 2030. In the context of changing technological trends, it is crucial to adapt the educational programs of higher educational institutions in timely manner to ensure training of such specialists who meet the demands of the labor market. The article proposes a data mining toolkit to analyze vacancy data in order to identify relevant skills and abilities required in the labor market. Based on the IT labor market data collected from the hh.ru service, I analyzed the key skills indicated in the vacancies posted on the site. Additionally, vacancy clustering was performed. We completed a review of publications and scientific discussions on this subject, performed an analysis of the relevant professional standards as well as the transformation dynamics of the requirements set out by employers for web developers. In addition, the paper examines the demand for designing educational programs. We interviewed representatives of professional communities and university graduates to understand the challenges which former students face while seeking employment in the field of web development and design. Six main skill groups of a modern successful specialist have been identified. They include basic web development skills, web programming skills, web design skills, development skills and development management skills, web resource promotion skills, universal skills. For each group, we identified the main skills and tools which are advisable to be studied as part of the educational program. It has been discovered that training should be based on using skill-oriented educational technologies since solving specific practical problems will enable each student to form their own future workspace. However, the ambiguity of the perception of the changes taking place, the high level of discussion in assessing the advantages and risks of large-scale digitalization actualizes empirical research, analysis of the opinions of the parent community. The purpose of the article is to analyze the impact of the digitalization of school education on the quality of educational services in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. The authors used methods of generalization, classification, analysis of documents, comparative analysis. The key research method is a questionnaire survey of the population. The study was of a pilot nature and was conducted in April 2020 — the period when the pandemic provoked accelerated digitalization and, as a result, the transformation of the educational process. The risk zones for schoolchildren during the development of educational programs online are highlighted: the complication of activities, the development of stress, additional loads, a decrease in academic discipline, including the fragmentary presence or complete absence of schoolchildren in distance classes. These risks lead to a deterioration of preparation for the Unified State Exam and OGE, reduce the quality of education. The conclusion is made about the need to introduce gaming technologies, forms of psychological support to reduce the stress level of schoolchildren, the formation of accessible educational resources that provide a comfortable learning space in a distance mode. The results of the study indicate the need to strengthen the system of monitoring the educational activity of schoolchildren, which will reduce the risks of developing social and educational problems in the school environment. This process manifests itself as creativity. The results of the work of teachers, methodologists and scientists are a universal means of education and the subject of training. Continuing education involves the development and expansion of subject learning and the components of its methodological system through interaction with other components of the information and educational environment. This, in turn, requires the search for new organizational forms and means of implementing such educational activities in a modern information and communication environment, which will make it possible to use the didactic capabilities of this environment to a much greater extent.It is noted that the communicative aspect and communication processes, tools and technologies should contribute to the organization of effective dialogue (communication), the perception and assimilation of communicative competencies by students, overcoming illiterate use of the Russian language in cyberspace. As practice shows, the latter has become a real philological disaster. The language of virtual communication is not equal to the language of real communication.The article notes that one of the promising directions in the conditions of digital transformation of education is interactive learning as a special form of organization of cognitive activity and a way of cognition carried out in the process of joint educational and cognitive activity of students, in which all participants interact with each other and exchange information.Digital technologies can be used in teaching Russian at all levels of education. At the same time, the teacher can create educational materials with their own digital interactive content based on the proposed HTML environment programs. On the website “The Power of Knowledge” (EOR “Alphabet”) and on the portal of KubGU (section “Innovative computer didactics”), you can see several examples of such training. A new methodology for assessing the level of formation of students’ competencies based on the results of certification by standard means has been developed. The proposed methodology is based on fuzzy-set aggregation of the results obtained when students solve various assessment tasks. Assessment tasks were selected from the appropriate sets recommended by experts to check the level of competency development, as well as selected by a particular teacher based on the proposed recommendations. The study used the apparatus of matrix data aggregation based on a system of fuzzy-logical inferences — standard fuzzy multilevel [0, 1]-classifiers that allow taking into account the significance (weight) of various types of assessment means and specific tasks.The developed algorithm makes it possible to calculate the proportion of students with the appropriate level of mastery of competencies in each of the areas of study in general, as well as in specific specialties separately. We identify data exchange formats between a web application and a software product based on the 1C:Enterprise 8.3 platform to handle the tasks of dynamically generated and adaptable interfaces. The study proposes the concept of a modifiable component-based architecture for the interaction of a web application with commercial data storage and processing systems. This concept makes it possible to implement a dynamic web application interface design and to automate the data management functionality directly from the enterprise solution based on the 1C:Enterprise 8.3 platform. The article formulates the criteria and operating principles for such an application. We have also developed system technologies to design a web application that can be integrated into replicated software solutions permitting control of the mechanisms for dynamic interface design and data transfer from the solution to a web application. The launched application for web application interfaces designing makes it possible to dynamically change the components of web forms as well as determine the details displayed to the user in the output interface. In addition, we describe the principles of dynamic interaction between a web application and the data interface management component. The research enabled us to identify the components of the module for interaction of interfaces with the web application. A conceptual universal control scheme for generating dynamic interfaces has been formulated. It can be implemented to create almost any kind of web forms, including processing incoming data from a web application using the REST interchange in JSON format. The article provides a comparison of interchange formats. We describe implemented IT-projects for organizing a prospective student’s personal account and the applicant’s dynamic rating.
