Companies with sales that continue to grow will influence the investment decisions of investors who want to invest in companies that will get a high rate of return. The company will add more assets, so that increased company growth will optimize the value of the company. The population of this study are all property and real estate listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2020 period, which are 60 companies and a sample of 36 units of analysis. The data collection technique used in this research is purposive sampling. The results of the study show that the variables of fixed asset turnover, capital structure, dividend policy partially have a negative and significant effect on firm value in property and real estate the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2020 period. The company size variable partially has a positive and significant effect on company value in property and real estate listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2020 period. The first is the public's understanding of the lack of knowledge about mental disorders, the second is the stigma about mental disorders that develops in the community and the last is the uneven distribution of mental health services. The purpose of this study was to apply Group Activity Therapy: \"Family Gathering\", to empower families in dealing with mental disorders at home and preventing relapses. The research method is a quasi-experimental design pre post intervention sample taken from families who have members with mental disorders in the city of Semarang with a total of 30 respondents. The results of the research analysis using the pair T test with statistical test results as follows: the details of the variables before and after the intervention are as follows: knowledge of P value of 0.787 no difference, P value of attitude 0.489 no difference, self-efficacy P value of 0.018 no difference, family role P value 0.000 there is a difference, independence. P value 0.813 no difference. The most common risk factor for TOF is Down syndrome(DS). There are two management approaches for TOF: medication and operation. Operation/surgical treatment is consisted of palliative shunt and definitive repair. In several case patients with TOF develop collaterals or major aortopulmonary collateral arteries (MAPCAs), which can lung overflow can be initiated after surgery procedure was completed. This causes the CPB time in the repair operation to be long so that the risk of RV/LV dysfunction due to ischemic use of the CPB machine is very high. Frothy sputum is the one of signs of lung injury that related to left and/or right ventricular dysfunction, it may increased mortality in patients TOF repaired. The aim of this study was to identify frothy sputum associated with mortality in patient repaired of TOF. This study is cross-sectional study. We collect data retrospectively through medical record list from 2019 to 2020. In our study, there were 32 patients data included, consisted with more dominant male (n = 22) compare to female (n = 10). It was found that 7 female patients and 9 male patients experienced frothy sputum after TOF repair surgery. There are association not only mortality (p-value 0.033) but also frothy sputum with pulmonary regurgitation (p-value 0.049). Although any result of the study and weakness described previously, the study can be as basis for futher research so that an appropiate guideline can be established to deal frothy sputum in patients TOF repaired. Samples were taken as many as 130 people with non-probability sampling method, namely by using snowball sampling technique. Data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is the SEM method, namely PLS (Partial Least Square) with the help of Smart PLS software. The results showed that Store Atmosphere had a positive and significant effect on impulse buying, Store Atmosphere had a positive and significant effect on positive emotions, and positive emotions had a positive and significant effect on impulsive buying. This study is to determine and analyze the impact of the program through the Social Return on Investment (SROI) method. The ITF program in Sorong Regency targets 3 main aspects, namely pedagogy, personality, and social. To improve pedagogic abilities, the program provides learning modules through the Ruangguru application as well as online discussions with facilitators; to improve teacher personality, the program provides teacher motivation and personality training by trainers, psychological webinar series, and counseling services; and to improve social skills, the program carries out structured social assistance offline, this activity produces teachers who are ready to go into their communities so that they can expand the impact of the program in Sorong itself. Based on the impact assessment of the ITF program, an SROI Ratio of 1:2.62 was obtained, meaning that for every investment of Rp.1, - an impact or benefit of Rp.2,62 is obtained. Ibn Miskawaih is one of the prominent Islamic philosophers who touched the concept of character education which is famous in his book Tahzib al-akhlak wa tathir al-a'raf. This study aims to describe and analyze: (1) the concept of Ibn Miskawaih's character education (2) the reconstruction of character education in the global era (Ibn Miskawaih's concept analysis). This research is library research that refers to primary literature including the book of Tahdzibul Akhlaq (Ibnu Miskawaih), secondary library books, relevant books, journals, and documents. This study uses a qualitative approach in addition, objective and pragmatic, with the method of content analysis. Drawing conclusions using the deductive method. The results showed that: The concept of Ibn Miskawaih's character is, namely The Golden (The Doctrine of The Mean). He stated that human character is built on four foundations, namely self-restraint, courage, wisdom, and justice. The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effect of self-efficacy and organizational commitment on the effect of organizational culture on employee performance and job satisfaction at PT Sarana Lintas Caraka. The research method used in this research is quantitative with Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) technique and assisted by software SmartPLS 3.0The researcher chose the census technique in the sampling technique, namely all members of the population (all PT Sarana Lintas Caraka) were used as samples in this study to examine the mediating effect and the direct influence of the related variables. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence of organizational culture on employee performance, the influence of organizational culture on employee job satisfaction, the influence of self-efficacy on employee performance, self-efficacy has no effect on employee job satisfaction, organizational commitment does not affect employee performance, the influence of organizational commitment on employee job satisfaction, self -efficacy is able to mediate the influence of organizational culture on employee performance, self-efficacy is not able to mediate the influence of organizational culture on employee job satisfaction, organizational commitment is not able to mediate the influence of organizational culture on employee performance, organizational commitment is able to mediate the influence of organizational culture on employee job satisfaction.
