The population used in this study is the Knowledge Management division of PT KL Group. A questionnaire consists of written questions made based on indicators of research variables that respondents must respond to. The data analysis technique used in this research is AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) developed by Thomas L. Saaty. Testing the model using the latest version of ANP Super Decision Software 3.2.0, to analyze the function of the Knowledge Management Model in improving the performance of PT KL with two criterias. The first criteria (criteria-1): Quality, Quantity, Timeliness, Cost Effectiveness, Need Supervision, Intrapersonal Effect. The second criterion (criteria-2): Completeness, Connectedness, and Congruence, Perspective & Purpose. The alternatives that can be used to improve the performance of PT KL are: Passive Public Knowledge, Active Public Knowledge, Passive Share Knowledge, Active Share Knowledge, Passive Personal Knowledge, and Active Personal Knowledge. The results obtained indicate that the answers from the respondents have met the consistency requirements and the model has been proven both in terms of sensitivity or stability. Marketing performance plays an important role in business growth. Studies on marketing performance have been carried out by a number of researchers involving various variables including logistical support and the competitive advantage of a company. The logistical support and competitive advantage can identify marketing performance as a benchmark to remain competitive. The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of logistics support on competitive advantage, test and analyze the effect of logistics support on marketing performance, test and analyze the effect of competitive advantage on marketing performance, and test and analyze the effect of logistics support through competitive advantage on a company's marketing performance. The research method used is a quantitative approach using 25 samples consisting of staff, supervisors, and company managers under study. The results of the study indicate that there is a positive and significant direct effect of logistics support on marketing performance, and a positive and significant indirect effect of logistics support on marketing performance through competitive advantage.","PeriodicalId":277211,"journal":{"name":"Journal Research of Social, Science, Economics, and Management","volume":"38 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-06-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127093150","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Entrepreneurship in higher education is a fairly new concept. EU in the sense of three things: the university itself, the members of the university (faculty) and the interaction of the university with the environment. The selection of the object is based on the fact that FEB has quite a lot of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) during 2016-2019. In this study, it aims to realize the economic and business framework of Telkom University in realizing the entrepreneurial university agenda, it must implement the EU dimension itself, there are 8 dimensions to realize the EU architecturally. This study uses a qualitative method with interview sources, namely FEB lecturers who have high positions such as deans, vice deans, and lecturers related to entrepreneurship. The results of this study prove that the Faculty of Economics and Business has many programs created by both of them but will support this EU activity, many dimensions need to be improved both from the website and information between students, lecturers and staff. Due to the large number of personnel needed to handle COVID-19, in several hospitals, health volunteers were involved to assist in the treatment process. As workers who deal directly with COVID-19 patients, volunteers are the targets in this study. HCP's health behavior can influence the escalation of prevention and control cases at their level. Therefore, this study aims to examine the practice of knowledge, attitudes, prevention (KAP) and factors related to the application of 5M on volunteers (HCP) at Hospital \"X\", Jakarta, Indonesia. This type of research is a quantitative study, with a cross-sectional research design. A cross-sectional study, with multiple logistic regression analysis conducted on 232 volunteers (HCP) in 2021. The instrument used was a modified questionnaire from 7 previous studies, both regional and international, which have been tested for validity and reliability in the same study. group (30 volunteers) and the same hospital. Based on the results, it was found that the implementation of 5M volunteers were categorized as \"poor prevention practices\" (67.7%), \"inadequate knowledge\" (58.2%) and \"negative attitudes\" (55.2%), with R square through multivariate test of 0.630 which means that the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable is 63% and the variables related to 5M behavior (p-value <0.05) are knowledge and attitudes.
