But on the other hand, the border area has very rich natural resources but has not been utilized/exploited optimally. This study aims to describe the potential of the Indonesia-Malaysia land border area in Sajingan Besar District and Paloh District (PALSA) in Sambas Regency then a synergy model of economic empowerment program for border area communities will be developed. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach and this type of research is a case study. For the purposes of analysis, data collection uses triangulation data collection methods which include observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the research results, several programs that synergize with economic empowerment programs include: a) Entrepreneurship Program for prospective new entrepreneurs; b) Business incubator establishment program at each university; c) village incubator program based on village superior products; d) Business development service program (village/kelurahan); e) BUMDes program based on village innovation and f) Leverage program: MSME big house tourism.","PeriodicalId":277211,"journal":{"name":"Journal Research of Social, Science, Economics, and Management","volume":"84 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-06-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121232937","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Per capita cement consumption in Indonesia is still low compared to three ASEAN countries such as Malaysia, Vietnam and Thailand. Besides, there is a decrease in Top Brand Image between 2018-2019 for the Semen Tiga Roda brand. In the arena of increasingly fierce competition between brands, it is necessary to increase brand loyalty, where brand loyalty is influenced by the level of customer satisfaction. This customer satisfaction is an intervening variable to further increase brand loyalty. When customers are satisfied, they will be more loyal to the brand so that customers do not easily move to other brands. Many factors affect the increase in brand loyalty, including promotion, brand image and physical distribution. So the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brand image, promotion and physical distribution on brand loyalty with satisfaction as an intervening variable. The location of the study was carried out in Greater Jakarta with the unit of analysis was members of the Greater Jakarta REI as many as 250 respondents. This research uses path analysis method with structural equation modeling (SEM) technique. These results find empirical facts that brand image, promotion and physical distribution together have a significant effect on customer satisfaction, and customer satisfaction has a significant effect on brand loyalty. Thus, the higher the customer satisfaction, the higher the brand loyalty will be.","PeriodicalId":277211,"journal":{"name":"Journal Research of Social, Science, Economics, and Management","volume":"35 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-06-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132741065","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Green mustard is a horticultural crop commodity that is easy to cultivate and is widely consumed by the public because it has a good taste. The purpose of the study was to determine the response to development and production with the application of POC Nasa and NPK Mutiara fertilizer. The experiment was carried out in the rice fields of Sukoharjo Village, Kayen Kidul District, Kediri Regency. The location has an altitude of 91 m above sea level with a tropical climate with an average air temperature of 28 oC and a rainfall of 2,443 mm/year, allivial soil type with a pH of 5.5. The research method used a factorial randomized block design with 2 factors, the first factor was the concentration of liquid organic fertilizer consisting of 4 levels (K), the second factor was NPK fertilizer consisting of 4 levels coded D, repeated 3 times with 48 research plots. The results were analyzed by the F test, followed by the 5% BNT test and 5% DMRT if there was an effect. The results of this study can be concluded as follows: 1. There was an interaction between the concentration of POC Nasa and the dose of NPK on the variables observed for the number of leaves (21, and 28 days), leaf area (28 days), and wet weight per plant (28 days) and the best is K3D2 (POC 18 ml/L and NPK 6 gr/polybag) with 15, 31 leaves, 288 cm2 leaf area, and a wet weight of 163.87 grams/plant.","PeriodicalId":277211,"journal":{"name":"Journal Research of Social, Science, Economics, and Management","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-06-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131352659","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

At the same time, the analytical technique used in this study is descriptive qualitative, where the author will describe the data related to Baitul Maal Wa Tamwil (BMT) in detail and then do an inductive analysis using the perspective of economic law. After conducting in-depth research, it was concluded that customers who deposit funds at Baitul Maal Wa Tamwil (BMT) do not receive guarantees from the government (because no law regulates it) if there is a crisis in BMT. Therefore, if a Baitul Maal Wa Tamwil (BMT) goes bankrupt, then based on the Civil Code (KUH Perdata), customers who deposit funds in Baitul Maal Wa Tamwil (BMT) are in the same position as concurrent creditors.
