So that it has obstacles and requires a long time. So we need a system that is able to help these institutions to make it easier to determine recipients of research proposals that are worthy of funding. The application of data mining is a series of processes to explore added value in the form of knowledge that has not been known manually from a data set. This research has parameters, namely, NIDN, academic degree, track record, a proposed budget plan (RAB), and targeted outcomes. This is certainly less efficient because if a lecturer proposes a proposal, he must wait a long time to find out whether the results are accepted, accepted with improvements, or not. In addition, the assessment process has not used relevant methods so the results of the assessment of research proposal selection are not objective because the results of the assessment of the proposals obtained by the lecturer proposing the proposal are the final results in the form of a feasibility recommendation contained in a decision letter so that the application of classification with criteria in accordance with the selection needs is necessary. research proposal. Water is needed by all living things, both humans, plants and animals. Consuming clean and sanitary water is absolutely necessary to avoid unwanted negative impacts. This research was conducted in February 2022 and aims to determine the status of the water quality of Lake Sentani, Jayapura Regency based on the pollution index according to the hygienic and sanitary water quality standards according to the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number: 32 of 2017 concerning Environmental health quality standards and water health requirements for sanitation hygiene needs, swimming pools, solus per agua and public baths. The study used 15 (fifteen) water pollution parameters, namely: physical parameters (turbidity, color, TDS and temperature), and chemical parameters (pH, iron, fluoride, hardness, manganese, nitrate, cyanide, detergent and total pesticides) as well as biological parameters. (total coliforms). The sample in this study was taken from 5 (five) sample points (research stations) namely the mouths of the Haway, Yabawi, Hobay and Kamwalker rivers which are the inlet of Lake Sentani and the headwaters of the Jaifuri river which is the outlet. The results showed that at stations 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, the pollution index (PIj) was 4.07; 3.10; 2.30; 3.75 and 3.88, all of which are based on the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number: 32 of 2017 especially environmental health quality standards and water health requirements for sanitation hygiene purposes, are in the range of values of 1 PIj 5 with lightly polluted status. This research method is quantitative causal type which is asymmetric. The research locations are all state-owned companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2020 period. The technique of collecting data is through surveys on secondary data on the IDX official website (www.idx.co.id). The data analysis technique is linear regression of panel data with the help of Eviews 9.0 software. The results showed that the Narcissism of the Board of Directors had a negative and significant effect on the Quality of Financial Reporting; The Board of Directors Bonus Scheme has a positive and insignificant effect on the Quality of Financial Reporting; and CEO Duality has a negative and insignificant effect on the Quality of Financial Reporting. Inspired by this model, several developed learning organization models and the elements are proposed by the scholars in the last two decades in order to preserve the needs of the change world. The aims of this study are to analyse the development of learning organization models and the elements attached to the model. A systematic process of literature review is implemented as the methodology of the study which critically resulted ten journals to be investigated. According to the research, three scholars implemented the five building blocks model from Peter Senge, while the other scholars proposed their studies with developed elements and learning organization models. The characteristics, the readiness, the perception, and the existing conditions of the organizations are several factors that affect the learning organization model. While the differences in the level of how important each element in the learning organization model is also encourages the development of learning organization model itself. The principle of restorative justice is a breakthrough in the criminal legal system seeks to provide justice to the parties (especially to the victims) by prioritizing recovery to its original state (before crime happened) and restore good relationship in the society, instead in factual (das sein) restorative justice was used to resolve civil cases such as account receivable claim or bad debt through police reports, which theoretically (das sollen) account receivable claim or bad debt should be resolved through the mechanism of civil law proceedings. The author chooses qualitative research method type of document study (literature study) using primary data and secondary data as sources of data in this study, including examining police regulations and restorative justice books written by police writers, police practitioners who are also academics, to understand the problems and to answer the research questions, as well as to achieve the research objectives. Otherwise, the process of lactation and milk production is influenced by hormones. Postpartum mothers usually feel tired and experience psychological disorders such as anxiety about their condition and the condition of their baby. This study aims to determine the conditions that interfere with the production of breast milk in postpartum mothers. This study uses traditional literature review research methods, analyzes articles that match the inclusion criteria, and focuses on the relationship between anxiety and increased breastfeeding in postpartum mothers. Based on the results of this study, this literature review used 10 journals with inclusion criteria, eight journals showed a significant relationship between anxiety and breastfeeding in postpartum mothers. There was a decrease in oxytocin levels and duration of breastfeeding which had an impact on the rate of exclusive breastfeeding. In contrast, the other two journals did not find a significant relationship between anxiety and oxytocin levels with the breastfeeding method used.
