This study is an explanatory study that aims to evaluate the impact of e-customer reviews, e-customer ratings, and e-payment on the online purchase decisions of Millennials and Generation Z in Indonesian marketplaces. The populations studied in this research include the Millennial Generation and Generation Z, both of which purchase products from Indonesian marketplaces in unknown, large numbers. Purposive sampling was employed in this investigation to gather 420 samples that fulfilled the specific criteria used in this study. This study employed a questionnaire to collect data, which was emailed using Google Forms and distributed between December 8, 2022, and January 16, 2023. According to the findings of this research, e-customer reviews have no impact on online purchasing decisions. In contrast, this study shows that e-customer ratings have an impact on online purchasing decisions. Finally, this research discovered that e-payment affected online purchasing decisions. For the alumni salary category, the students of the Vocational School of the Fashion Design expertise program were very satisfied because according to them the salary given was in accordance with the UMR. Based on the category of interaction among co-workers, alumni of the Vocational School of the Fashion Design expertise program said they were satisfied and quite satisfied with the same number, meaning that alumni of the Vocational High School students of the Fashion Design expertise program did not feel there was a problem with their co-workers. This sector makes a major contribution in supporting the national economy. Real steps and efforts are needed to support and increase the power of SMEs. The main objective of this study is to determine the direct and indirect effects of HR experience, capital, knowledge, social networks, social media, perceived customer benefits, and perceived competitive value on the performance of SMEs through partnership programs. The approach in this research is causal research (cause and effect). The population in this study is the SME business actor who are fostered at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III, with total of 243 SME business actors. While the sampling technique used a saturated sample where 243 SMEs were sampled in this study. Data collection techniques used a questionnaire with an ordinal measurement scale. Data analysis used AMOS based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that the direct experience of human resources, capital, social networks, social media, and perceived customer benefits had a significant effect on the partnership program, while knowledge was not significant for the partnership program. The results showed that the direct experience of human resources, capital, social networks, social media, perceived customer benefits, and perceived competitive value had a significant effect on the performance of SMEs, while knowledge was not significant on the performance of SMEs. Many factors affect the slowness of the project so that the performance of a project will not run well if supervision and control are not carried out. The purpose of this study is to find out what are the factors that cause delays, make modeling using dynamic systems and how to make effective managerial suggestions to accelerate project performance. This research method uses mixed methods. The results of this study there are 3 factors that cause delays in the project, starting from the largest factor based on the results of the mean rank analysis is the Construction factor, followed by Procurement, and finally Engineering. In the Construction Factor, five main indicators were taken to cause the delay in the Petreleum Gas Liquid Tank EPC project in Kupang which occurred because the material did not meet specifications, work was stopped due to design changes, delays in project manager decision making, differences of opinion between contractors and consultants, and poor construction quality. This kelurahan is located by the river and has a hillside site and is in the center of the city. This gave rise to a phenomenon where an urban village became an object of public spectacle. Coupled with easy digital access to promote goods for sale, including the beauty of the village, this has made the village an object to be watched and enjoyed rather than simply defined as a place to live. What is witnessed or shown is a scenario planned by the community and the village government, by looking for the potential that exists in people's lives, then raised and highlighted as the attraction of the village spectacle. Therefore, researchers want to find out more about virtual reality education models in the 5.0 era. The purpose of this study is to determine the application of virtual reality models in the world of education as a form of adaptation from the 5.0 era. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation to 40 respondents at school X. The data obtained will be analyzed in depth, so that it is known that the results of the study show that the virtual reality model can improve students' understanding in learning with students' KKM scores. which was previously achieved by 25% of students to 90% of students who completed the KKM.
