{"title":"Performance of Rapid Antibody Test and RT-PCR as Frontline Test for COVID-19 Diagnosis in Pregnancy: an Experience in Indonesia","authors":"E. S. Pangkahila, Ryan S. Susanto","doi":"10.36418/jrssem.v1i7.106","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.36418/jrssem.v1i7.106","url":null,"abstract":"Ensuring an accurate diagnosis is critical for limiting the spread of SARS-CoV-2 and for the clinical management of COVID-19, especially in pregnant women. For now real-time reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-qPCR) is the currently recommended laboratory method for the diagnosis of acute SARS-CoV-2 infection. More recently, several easy-to-perform rapid antigen detection tests have been developed and are recommended as first-line screening test in several countries. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the comparative performance of a rapid antibody test and RT-PCR for the detection of SARS-CoV-2 infection, as a front-line test for the diagnosis of COVID-19 in pregnancy. This research method is a descriptive study to describe comparation of sensitivity and specificity between rapid SARS-CoV-2 antibody test to the gold standard nasopharyngeal RT-PCR swab test. Of the 271 samples, only 257 were eligible and fourteen cases were excluded from the study due to a lack of rapid antibody test and RT-PCR results. The results of this study showed that the rapid SARS-CoV-2 antibody test sensitivity was 80.95%, and the specificity was 90.68%, the NPV (negative predictive value) and the PPV (positive prognosis value) were 98.17% and 43.59%, respectively. Based only on the results of IgM and IgG, IgM and IgG sensitivity were 33.33% (7/21) and 71.43% (15/21), respectively, and the specificity was 91.1% (215/236, 21 false positive) and 91.53% (216/236, 20 false positive), respectively. The use of rapid antibody tests during pregnancy is a screening tool and is not currently applicable for diagnostic tool. This research uses regression analysis method and path analysis using a research sample of 110 people using accidental random sampling technique. The research sample in question is a lecturer in the Jakarta LP3I Polytechnic environment. The data collection technique used is the survey method through the distribution of online questionnaires. The results of this study show: (1) Leadership has a direct positive effect on ape attachment; (2) The quality of work life has a direct positive effect on work engagement; (3) Self-development has a direct positive effect on work engagement; (4) Leadership has a direct positive effect on self-development; (5) The quality of work life has a direct positive effect on self-development; (6) Leadership has a direct positive effect on the quality of work life; (7) Leadership has a positive indirect effect on work engagement through mediating self-development; (8) The quality of work life has a direct positive effect on work engagement through the mediation of self-development; (9) Leadership has a direct positive effect on self-development through mediating the quality of work life. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the level of work engagement of LP3I Jakarta Polytechnic Lecturers could be determined by the level of leadership, quality of work life and self-development. Electrical energy in Tunda Island is supplied by 2 Private Diesel Genset, each of which has an installed capacity of 100 kVA and 75 kVA, with an operating time of 4-5 hours per day starting from 18.00 to 22.00. The microgrid electrical system has several advantages, in terms of efficiency, microgrid can reduce the use of fossil fuels in power plants, besides that it can reduce losses caused by the distribution system because the location of the microgrid generator is relatively close to the load. In terms of reliability, the microgrid electrical system can optimally manage energy sources for 7 days and 24 hours. In addition, the microgrid electrical system has the ability to work without being connected to the grid. With the use of a microgrid electricity system, the electricity costs that must be paid are less and most importantly can reduce carbon emissions, because the plants used in the microgrid electricity system generally use renewable energy. In this study, scenarios were made to determine the most optimum LCoE value using an optimization approach with the help of homer pro software. The operating pattern for the Tunda Island electricity system is obtained, namely, the load is carried during the day by Solar PV Power Plant and at night using a generator that has been controlled using the force on & force off mode. From the simulation obtained the lowest LCoE in the Solar PV Power Plant Hybrid configuration with capacity of 240 KWp, 302.4 KWh battery & 200 KW inverter. The ability to pay for electricity for the residents of Tunda Island is still possible if subsidized tariffs are imposed, the range of ability to pay for the residents of Tunda Island is IDR/KWh 726.45-1452.91 and their ability will decrease if they are subject to non-subsidized PLN tariffs. With PLN as the PSO, the differrence in tariffs with the local Generation Production Cost will receive a subsidy from the government. Furthermore, the sustainability of this microgrid system will have the benefit of a continuous supply of electricity. So, it can be felt by the people of Tunda Island which is managed by State-Owned Enterprise (PT. Problems Financial conditions that are not immediately resolved will lead to bankruptcy. Financial difficulties can start from liquidity difficulties (short term), as the lightest sign of financial distress, the worst is bankruptcy. Usually, when examining possible financial difficulties, a financial indicator model is used. These financial indicators are obtained through analysis of financial ratios contained in the company's financial statement information. So This study aims to find out whether there is an effect of Debt To Asset Ratio, Current Ratio, Return On Asset and audit committee on financial distress in BUMN companies that go public on the IDX in 2016-2020 with multiple linear regression data analysis techniques. The population of state-owned companies is 20, selected using purposive sampling so that a sample of 13 companies is obtained with a total of 65 data. Statistic analysis used on this study are classic asumption test, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression, Hypothesis testing using T-test, F-test and determinant coefficient analysis. The test results show that partially Debt To Asset Ratio and the audit committee have a significant negative effect on financial distress, partially Return On Asset has a positive effect on financial distress while the Current Ratio has no effect on financial distress. Simultaneous test results show that Debt To Asset Ratio, Current Ratio, Return on asset and the audit committee affect financial distress. In the implementation of the academic process, the State University of Surabaya, which has 30,000 students, faces several obstacles in predicting the students' graduation time on time. The information system owned has not been used optimally to predict the time of student graduation. It is difficult to predict because this university does not have an exact time prediction pattern to use as a basis for predicting the number of students who will graduate on time. In helping these problems, the researcher provides a solution, namely building a data mining algorithm model to predict the exact time of graduation for Surabaya State University students. The data used are Strata-1 (S1) PTI, SI and TI students from 2014-2018. The methodology in this study is FAST (Framework For The Application Of System Thinking) using the Neural Network (NN) algorithm 761 student data with the input value of the artificial neural network method 4, hidden layer 5 and output 2 providing an accuracy of 99.85%. Details of late predictions are 98.06% as many as 101 students and correct predictions are 99.85% as many as 657 students. In general, structural construction on conventional PC 40 ships, along with the times, the Sandwich Plate System material has been found to have characteristics that provide advantages in terms of strength and a simpler structure compared to conventional construction. the construction structure uses conventional aluminum using the Sandwich Plate System material with an aluminum-elastomer-aluminum configuration in the flat plate structure on the main deck of the TNI-AL PC 40 Ship. Periodically, ASEAN and China make agreements, one of the goals of which is to eliminate or cut barriers to trade in goods, both tariffs and non-tariffs. Under ACFTA, tariff reduction began in July 2005 and aims to cut import duties to zero by 2010 on about four thousand types of goods for the relatively developed ASEAN countries namely Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, the Philippines and Brunei. The Gravity Model predicts trade based on distances and interactions between countries in terms of their economic size. The Gravity Model in economics imitates Newton's law of gravity which also takes into account the physical distance and size between two objects. The application of this model to explain economic phenomena regarding the interaction between the two countries has been widely carried out by economists. The study uses panel data from China and ASEAN6 in the 2010-2020 research period with ASEAN6 exports to China as the dependent variable, and the independent variables include the GDP of the destination country and the country of origin, economic distance proxied in the form of transportation tariffs, exchange rates and economic openness. Panel data regression analysis was used to see the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable by determining the best model (common effect, fixed effect, random effect) and the classical assumption test performed was the multicollinearity test and the heteroscedasticity test. The results showed that the GDP of destination and origin countries, distance, and exchange rates significantly affected the export value of ASEAN6 to China.
