This study aims to analyze the effect of GRDP per Capita on multidimensional poverty. The method used to measure multidimensional poverty in this study is the Alkire Foster method. The multidimensional poverty index that was built refers to the index developed by Alkire and Santos, as well as several previous studies with several changes that were adjusted to the availability of data. The results of this study resulted in panel data regression analysis and involved the HDI control variable. It was found that partially, economic growth as measured by gross regional domestic product per capita at constant market prices in 2010 had no significant effect on the multidimensional poverty rate in Lampung Province, Indonesia 2017-2019.","PeriodicalId":277211,"journal":{"name":"Journal Research of Social, Science, Economics, and Management","volume":"4 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-04-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121291124","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Indonesia and Malaysia are the largest CPO producing countries in the world. The availability of large enough land is one of the factors that makes Indonesia a major producer of CPO for the world community. However, the productivity of oil palm plantations in Indonesia is still low compared to Malaysia. This then becomes the rationale that improving the performance of oil palm plantation companies is not only related to the availability of land, technology or capital. However, another important thing that needs to be done is how oil palm plantation companies manage organizational culture and organizational learning activities. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture and organizational learning on the performance of employees of PTPN XIII (Persero) which is a coconut plantation company. The sample in this study were employees of class III - IV PTPN XIII (Persero) who served in West Kalimantan. The data analysis model uses Partial Least Square (PLS). The results show that organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance with a positive relationship direction, while organizational learning has no significant effect on employee performance with a positive relationship direction. This means that organizational learning has very little effect on employee performance.","PeriodicalId":277211,"journal":{"name":"Journal Research of Social, Science, Economics, and Management","volume":"74 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-04-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127340361","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The oil spill reflects the dependence of the United States on the exploitation of fossil fuels. President Barack Obama seeks to bring about significant changes in US energy policy by promoting and expanding clean energy. However, the new policy faced resistance from Congress and the oil companies. This study aims to determine the impact of the Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill on US energy policy using rational choice theory. To achieve the expansion of rational choice theory in the Deepwater Horizon oil spill study, the researcher used qualitative methodology and case study method. The result of this study is that the Deepwater Horizon oil spill became a stepping stone for the transformation of US energy policy. The findings of this study are the linearity of clean energy development and US political commitment in developing the clean energy industry.","PeriodicalId":277211,"journal":{"name":"Journal Research of Social, Science, Economics, and Management","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-04-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131340867","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The implementation of blended learning model training is a solution to improve teacher competence. The training will run effectively, efficiently as the target if it can implement training management properly. The first stage of training management is Training Needs Assessment. Training Needs Assessment (TNA) is the first stage in training management that determines whether the next stage is successful or not. TNA is also a diagnostic process in order to be able to determine/take pictures of the problems that are currently being faced and how the challenges will be in the future and both of these things that must be fulfilled in the implementation of the training. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze TNA in blended learning model training management in improving teacher competence at the Center for the Development and Empowerment of Science Educators and Educators (PPPPTK) Bandung, West Java. The research approach uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The results showed that PPPPTK IPA in implementing blended learning model training management in improving teacher competence had implemented TNA with the stages of Analyze training needs and Identify training objectives and criteria.","PeriodicalId":277211,"journal":{"name":"Journal Research of Social, Science, Economics, and Management","volume":"13 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-04-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121497186","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Preeclampsia and eclampsia are caused by factors that decrease serum albumin (hypoalbuminemia) which causes a decrease in intravascular hypovolemic pressure. This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of snakehead fish extract and acupressure on albumin levels and blood pressure in pregnant women with preeclampsia. The research method is a non-randomized pretest-posttest control group design study and was conducted at a health center in Central Java, Indonesia. A sample of 30 subjects; 15 subjects in the experimental group, and 15 subjects in the control group. The experimental group was given snakehead fish extract 2x 500 mg every day for 14 days and acupressure at points GV 20, Li 3, and Ki 3 6 times for 14 days. Systolic and diastolic blood pressure measurements were performed on day 1 and day 14. Data analysis used paired parametric t test. The results showed that snake head extract and acupressure for 14 days had a significant decrease in diastolic from 12 mmHg to 10.66 mmHg (p=0.000), while in the control group there was no decrease in systolic blood pressure of 0.667 (p=0.670) and systolic blood pressure was 0.667 (p=0.670). pressure 0.667 (p=0.670). diastolic 2.66 p=0.041.
