Enazarov","doi":"10.52773/tsuull.uzlc.2021.4/wgqg4038","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.52773/tsuull.uzlc.2021.4/wgqg4038","url":null,"abstract":"Dialectal words are lexical units that are actively used in Uzbek folk dialects and are rarely or not used at all at the level of literary language. They differ from words in literary language in that they have a dialectal meaning (s) and are only actively used in dialects. Opinions are expressed about their current number and types. The work done in the field of dialectal lexicon and dialectal lexicography is very limited relating to this field. At the same time, based on the tasks of science, it is possible to preserve the unique lexical richness of dialects by \"creating an electronic dictionary and atlas based on the materials of Qarluq, Kipchak and Oguz dialects.\"It is recognized that there are several practical methods of collec- ting dialectal words, such as \"Question-Answer\", \"Questionnaire\". But none of them are as effective methods as the “lexical analysis of dialectal texts” method. This is because the ability to identify dialectal words on the basis of lexical analysis of the content of texts written from dialects has been used in practical experiments during dialectological practices. The article describes the process of recording and transcribing the speech of Dialect (Sheva) representatives as dialectal texts and identifying dialectal words in it as a method of “lexical analysis of dialectal texts”. Dialectal texts written from dialects are also provided as a proof of the said opinions.In the process of dialectological observations, it is advisable to use the following special methods, which are part of the method of analysis of dialectal texts: 1) The method of writing a dialectal text (s); 2) the method of transcribing it (s); 3) the method of determining the types of dialec-tal words based on the requirements of lexical analysis of dialectal texts; 4) a method of teaching dialectal words by analyzing them on the basis of dialectal texts; 5) A method of collecting dialect materials by preparing a \"dialect dictionary\".If this method is actively used, it will be possible to easily find at least from two and a half to three million dialectal words with the lexical richness of dialects, prepare dictionary articles for them and create mod-ern electronic dictionaries and atlases. It should also be noted that it has been proved that there are ten types of dialectal words. The method of analysis of dialectal texts put forward and tested during dialectological practices and the following special research methods can be used in the innovative project \"Compilation of electronic dictionary and atlas based on materials of Qarluq, Kipchak and Oghuz dialects\" to be demonstrated with reasoning and evidence from a practical point of view.","PeriodicalId":276633,"journal":{"name":"Uzbekistan: language and culture","volume":"21 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124144509","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In fact, Uzbek poetry, and literature in general, has long been created as an edu-cational tool humanity. In particular, the primary task of children's poetry is to instill in the minds of the younger generation a sense of goodness, to bring them up on the basis of universal and national ideas. Particularly humorous poetry plays an important role in carrying out this task. Because humour writings reach the children's psyche faster than poems that are directly promoted. This proves the literature is spiritual-enlightenment and ethical-aesthetic means of education.","PeriodicalId":276633,"journal":{"name":"Uzbekistan: language and culture","volume":"307 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133174186","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The issues discussed in the conference have been analyzed from different point of views until nowadays. The press in the former soviet countries constantly advocated for this conference, as it was an important event in social-political life of Turkic nations. In the research of foreign specia- lists, this event is described as an important stage related to forming the language and history of Turkic nations under Bolshevik ideology. The at-tempts on this purpose carried out in the late 30s and later of the 20th cen-tury. It is an essential task for Turkologists and linguists to revise resources of that time which caused controversial opinions and to investigate them by comparing with the research in foreign countries. Before analyzing the material of the conference, it is necessary to identify when and why the idea of organizing this conference had occurred. Because there is no information about it in the research of Uzbek linguists. However, there are opinions not corresponding to each other in Russian and foreign works.Bilal N.Shimshiv, who investigated the development of Turkic wri-ting on the basic of Latin-based alphabet, writes that the idea of the con-ference of Turkish linguists appeared in 1923-1924s in Russia and in 1925 the preparation started. F.D. Ashin thinks that Shamoylivich put forward this idea. The letters by Samoylivish from S.Peterburg to Turkologist and linguist Gordlevskiya showed that this idea of the conference appeared in 1913.The analysis of the press from that time shows that the main aim of orginizing this conference is to transfer the alphabet of the nations into Russian alphabet.","PeriodicalId":276633,"journal":{"name":"Uzbekistan: language and culture","volume":"59 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123392958","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The term, which is supposed to come from the root ter-“to compile” in Turkish, is met with the concept of termin in Contemporary Turkish dialects.Uzbek Turkish is also a dialect that uses the possibilities of its own language while doing term studies. It can derive Turkish terms as origin, as well as deriving terms in derivative and compound structure. Turkish medical terms in Uzbek Turkish were also made with these methods. Disease terms consisting of a single word can be derived, as well as many disease terms in derived and compound structure. Generally, derived and compound terms have been determined in medical terms formed in the head region in Uzbek Turkish. In addition to this, there are also disease terms that are rooted, form abbreviation groups and are formed with gerundial. In Turkish cul-ture, colors have different meanings. Since these colors with different meanings are seen as a subject worthy of research in the scientific world, scientists such as Turks, Germans, Austrians and Hungarians have done many valuable studies on these colors. Studies have shown how colors are intertwined with culture. In addition, it has been determined that colors, shamans and shamanism provide an integrity. This determination can be easily observed in religious ceremonies or official ceremonies. In this ob-served study, mythological, socio-cultural, geographical and historical ele-ments were encountered. These elements, which were encountered, have easily brought us to the point we want to reach in our work.
