This type of research is quantitative using observation, interviews and documentation. The population in this study were students and homeroom teachers of class VI, Cisaat Rambay State Elementary School. Research activities are carried out by socializing bullying behavior followed by data collection. The research data was obtained by conducting direct discussions with students and homeroom teachers. From the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that there are still cases, one of which is physical bullying. The teacher in responding to the case by intervening and keeping the perpetrator away from the target victim of bullying as well as advising and giving appropriate punishment.Keywords: Character, Counseling Guidance, Bullying, Education Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui perilaku bullying yang terjadi di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Cisaat Rambay serta cara dalam menanganinya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa dan wali kelas VI Sekolah Dasar Negeri Cisaat Rambay. Kegiatan penelitian dilakukan dengan melakukan sosialisasi tentang perilaku bullying dilanjut dengan pengambilan data. Data penelitian diperoleh dengan cara melakukan diskusi secara langsung dengan siswa dan wali kelas. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan masih terdapat adanya kasus salah satunya bullying bersifat fisik. The purpose of this study is to discriminate between student preparation and student stabilization in the Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program (PGSD) in implementing the MBKM Intern Education Program to maximize student experience strengthening programs. This research is descriptive qualitative. Subjects of this study were students of the STKIP Melawi PGSD Study Program, MBKM Educational Internship Participants. This research instrument uses Interview Sheets and Questionnaire Sheets. Data Analysis Using Data Triangulation. The results of the study show that the MBKM Internship Education program has a significant impact by optimizing several preparations that must be carried out. the results of the interviews show that the internship program can foster students' ability to train professionalism in teaching practice. This was corroborated by the results of the questionnaire showing the satisfaction and implementation of the MBKM educational internship program by students participating in educational internships. The procedure for carrying out and implementing the action uses the imagination suggestion method through the media of the song. Data were obtained using observation guidelines, questionnaires, interview guidelines, and written tests. Data analysis techniques include a class action research process that is carried out qualitatively, descriptively, and analyzes the results of students' short story writing scores. The results showed that there was an increase in the implementation of the learning process on student activity. Students look active and interactive in asking questions about learning to the teacher. The teacher answers questions clearly and concisely. Students are enthusiastic and eager to pay attention to the teacher's explanation, and seriously do the assignments given by the teacher. This can be known through observations made during the learning process. Product improvement can be seen from the increase in product results before the action is taken, the average student score only reaches 64.10. After the action was taken in the first cycle, the average student score increased to 69. In the second cycle, the overall average score of students reached 78.23. Keywords: short story writing skills, imagination suggestion method, song media Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan kualitas proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran keterampilan menulis cerpen dengan metode sugesti imajinasi melalui media lagu siswa kelas IX A SMP Negeri 6 Nanga Pinoh. Prosedur pelaksanaan dan implementasi tindakan menggnakan  metode sugesti imajinasi  melalui media lagu. Data diperoleh dengan menggunakan pedoman pengamatan, angket, pedoman wawancara, dan tes tulis. Teknik analisis data mencakup proses penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilakukan secara kualitatif,  deskriptif, dan analisis hasil skor menulis cerpen siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran pada keaktifan siswa. Siswa terlihat aktif dan interaktif dalam mengajukan pertanyaan seputar pembelajaran kepada guru. Guru menjawab pertanyaan secara lugas dan jelas. Siswa antusias dan bersemangat dalam memperhatikan penjelasan guru, serta secara sungguh-sungguh mengerjakan penugasan yang diberikan oleh guru. Hal ini dapat diketahui melalui pengamatan yang dilakukan selama proses pembelajaran berlangsung. Peningkatan produk dapat diketahui dari peningkatan hasil produk sebelum dilakukan tindakan nilai rata-rata siswa hanya mencapai angka 64,10. Setelah dilakukan tindakan pada siklus I, nilai rata-rata siswa meningkat menjadi 69. Metode penelitian ini dengan menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Kemampuan mengenal huruf pada siklus 1 jumlah anak yang mendapatakan nilai Berkembang sangat baik (BSB) adalah 2 orang dengan presentase ketuntasan 14,3%. Dan hasil pengamatan guru mengajar adalah 80%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan mengenal huruf dan kemampuan guru mengajar belum memcapai kriteria keberhasilan yang ditentukan yaitu kemampuan mengenal huruf anak dengan kategori BSB mencapai 80% dan kemampuan guru mengajar 100%. Pada siklus 2 terjadi peningkatan yang signifikan pada kemampuan mengenal huruf anak mencapai 85,7% dengan jumlah anak yang memperoleh BSB adalah 12 orang. Dan kemampuan guru mengajar mencapai 100%. Berdasarkan data tersebut maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa media papan huruf dan tutup botol hias dapat meningkatkan kemampuan mengenal huruf anak. Kata Kunci: kemampuan mengenal huruf, media papan huruf, tutup botol hias Abstract The purpose of this study was to improve the ability to recognize letters in children aged 5-6 years through the media of letter boards and decorative bottle caps. This research method uses classroom action research (CAR). The results showed the ability to recognize letters in cycle 1 the number of children who got very well developed scores (BSB) were 2 people with a completeness percentage of 14.3%. And the observation of teaching teachers is 80%. This shows that the ability to recognize letters and the ability of teachers to teach has not reached the specified success criteria, namely the ability to recognize children's letters in the BSB category reaches 80% and the ability of teachers to teach 100%. In cycle 2 there was a significant increase in the ability to recognize children's letters reaching 85.7% with the number of children who received BSB was 12 people. And the ability of teaching and learning teachers reaches 100%. This research uses qualitative descriptive method. The qualitative descriptive method is a problem-solving procedure that is investigated using the current state of the subject/object of research (a person, institution, society, etc.) based on the facts that appear, or as they are.  This research technique  uses  the Nonprobability Sample Technique with the Purposive Sampling type, based on this technique,  60 teachers from 5 schools  obtained multistage random sampling  (gradual random sampling technique) and purposive sampling . The data in this study is in the form of primary data and secondary data obtained through observation, questionnaires, and interviews, as well as examination and validity of data, while the data collection tool uses observation sheets, sheets and interview guidelines.   Data management of the research results was carried out with interactive model analysis techniques from Miles and Huberman which consisted of four components: 1) data collection, 2) data reduction, 3) data presentation and 4) drawing conclusions (verification).  The results of the research obtained from the questionnaire sheet and interviews showed  that the understanding of elementary school teachers towards the plan for implementing independent learning in Nanga Pinoh, Melawi Regency is still very lacking, it is concluded from the results of the questionnaire sheet in the comment column which states that respondents have not received either socialization or training regarding the independent learning curriculum, especially regarding the Learning Implementation Plan (RPP)  Freedom to Learn. Keywords : Freedom of learning, Learning Implementation Plan, Teacher Understanding Abstrak : Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat pemahaman guru-guru sekolah dasar tentang kebijakan pelaksanaan merdeka belajar khususnya Rencana Pelaksanan Pembelajaran (RPP). The form of this research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The research subjects were 4th grade students. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, tests and documentation. The action taken is to apply the presentation method, where students are divided into 2 groups and present the results of the discussion in front of the class. This research was conducted in 2 cycles on Christian Religious Education learning. The results showed that the presentation method can improve student learning outcomes. In the initial ability test, the average achievement was 43.75. In the first cycle the average achievement was 66.25 while in the second cycle it was 83.25. So the increase in student learning outcomes from the initial ability test to the first cycle increased by 22.5% and from the first cycle to the second cycle by 17%.Keywords: CAR, learning outcomes, presentation method  Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar peningkatan hasil belajar siswa kelas III di SD Negeri 09 Batu Onap dengan menggunakan metode presentasi. Bentuk penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas III yang berjumlah 4 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, tes dan dokumentasi. Tindakan yang dilakukan adalah dengan menerapkan metode presentasi, dimana siswa dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok dan mempresentasikan hasil diskusi di depan kelas. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam 2 siklus pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Kristen. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa metode presentasi dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Pada tes kemampuan awal capaian rata-rata 43,75. Pada siklus I capaian rata-rata 66,25 sedangkan pada siklus II sebesar 83,25. The type of research used is a quantitative approach with the type of research being experimental, using Pre-Experimental Designs (Nondesigns) with a design type, namely One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design which is only carried out in one group without any comparison group.Sourced from the average pretest result was 67.722 and posttest was 79.11. Guru sebagai salah satu pendukung unsur pelaksana pendidikan yang mempunyai tanggung jawab sebagai pendukung pelaksana layanan bimbingan pendidikan di sekolah, di tuntut untuk memiliki wawasan yang memadai terhadap konsep –konsep dasar bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah. Sebagai individu, siswa memiliki berbagai potensi yang dapat dikembangkan .Kenyataan yang dihadapi, tidak semua siswa menyadari potensi yang dimiliki untuk kemudian memahami dan mengembangkannya. Di sisi lain sebagai individu yang berinterksi dengan lingkungan, siswa juga tidak dapat lepas dari masalah. Dalam hal ini siswa perlu bantuan dan bimbingan orang lain agar dapat berindak dengan tepat sesuai dengan potensi yang ada pada dirinya. The form of this research is field research with survey method (case study). The research subjects were third grade students of the third grade, of public elementary school 05 Suruh Tembawang. Data collection techniques are interview and documentation techniques. The data collection instruments were interview guides and documents. The results of the study are based on 7 indicators of distance learning effectiveness, hhey are (1) good material organization, teaching the criteria of 70% and 30% (2) effective communication, teaching the criteria of 30% and 70% (3) mastery and enthusiasm for the subject matter, 70% and 30% (4) positive attitude towards students, 30% and 26% (5) giving fair assesment, 26% and 74% (6) flexibility in learning approach, 70% and 30% (7) student learning outcomes, 30% and 70%. However, children have to study from home due to the Covid-19 pandemic. With the call for learning from home, many problems have emerged from teachers who teach at early childhood education institutions (PAUD) Melawi as well as from parents of students related to the process of implementing learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study aims to obtain information about the problems of implementing learning during the Covid-19. This research is qualitative research with a case study approach. This research was conducted in an institutional social unit, namely, at early childhood education institutions (PAUD). The reason for choosing PAUD institutions in Melawi Regency as the research location is that several early childhood education institutions (PAUD) have carried out learning from home or online. This research used library research techniques and field studies to collect data. Data were obtained from various natural settings, namely institutions with managers, educators, and parents of students. Literature study steps using book references and internet searching The field study steps in this research use techniques; (1) Observation, (2) Interview, and (3) Documentation. The data analysis technique is descriptive qualitative. The validity of the data used through examination techniques, so that the examination of the data in this study followed the established criteria, namely; (1) Trust (credibility), (2) Transferability, Dependence (dependability), and (4) Certainty (confirmability). The results showed that various problems occurred during online or offline learning.Keywords: problems, early childhood learning, covid-19 Abstrak: Karakteristik anak usia dini bersifat aktif dalam melakukan berbagai ekplorasi terhadap lingkungannya, maka aktivitas bermain merupakan bagian dari proses pembelajaran. Namun, saat ini anak harus belajar dari rumah dikarenakan pandemi Covid–19. Dengan adanya himbauan belajar dari rumah permasalahan-permasalahan banyak bermunculan dari guru yang mengajar di lembaga pendidikan anak usia dini (PAUD) Melawi serta dari wali murid terkait pada proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran semasa pademi Covid -19. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan informasi terkait problematika pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada suatu unit sosial lembaga yaitu; pada lembaga pendidikan anak usia dini (PAUD). Alasan dipilihnya lembaga PAUD di Kabupaten Melawi sebagai tempat lokasi penelitian karena beberapa lembaga pendidikan anak usia dini (PAUD) telah melaksanakan pembelajaran dari rumah atau daring. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik studi Pustaka dan studi lapangan untuk mengumpulkan data.
