The voltage and current waveforms of the power systems are shown to be degrading steadily as a result of the heavy use of power converters and other non-linear loads in industry and by consumers in general. In order to solve all of these issues and enhance power quality, Akagi's p-q theory was proposed in 1983. It uses the shunt active power filter compensation approach to reduce the generation of unneeded reactive power, which has negative consequences on power systems. In this method, we inject reactive power that counters the undesirable reactive power by utilizing a compensator. Utilizing p-q theory, the reactive power amount is calculated.","PeriodicalId":274807,"journal":{"name":"2023 IEEE International Conference on Integrated Circuits and Communication Systems (ICICACS)","volume":"32 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114449477","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Allows users to access a shared pool of resources via the internet on an as-needed, pay-per-use basis. In order to organize tools, this chapter suggests using the Hierarchical Agglomerative clustering algorithm. The time spent searching through a pool of available resources can be minimized by categorizing them. Thanks to the categorization of resources, the one needed to fulfill a request can be found and assigned in a flash. The following outline is used for this section. The paper explains the rationale behind the proposed approach and details the resource discovery method that underpins it. Describes and evaluates the proposed system's performance by utilizing a hybrid of the artificial bee colony (ABC) algorithm and the cuckoo search (CS) algorithm to allocate resources to requests. There are many issues with efficient resource allocation that cannot be solved using current methods. The existing research work identified and tackled the problem of optimizing the parameters (make span, execution time, deadline, execution cost, etc.) using optimization algorithms. However, most existing algorithms require more time to allocate resources because of the vast number of resources available in the cloud. The process also depends on the efficiency of the underlying optimization algorithm.","PeriodicalId":274807,"journal":{"name":"2023 IEEE International Conference on Integrated Circuits and Communication Systems (ICICACS)","volume":"77 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123212280","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Diseases affecting the blood vessels in the retina, such as those produced by diabetes, are a primary cause of sightlessness and visual impairment worldwide. As a result, early screening and treatment of DR would benefit substantially from automated DR detection systems, preventing visual loss caused by DR. Over the last several years, many methods for identifying anomalies in retinal pictures have been presented by researchers. Traditional automated approaches for detecting diabetic retinopathy relied on manually extracted features from retinal pictures and a classifier for final classification. Diabetic retinopathy may be detected and classified in fundus pictures with the help of a deep learning approach suggested in this study. In this method, the network makes a prediction depending on the quality of the dataset it was trained on. In the first stage, OD (eye) and BV (blood vessel) segmentation are performed using separate U-Net models. The second stage involves applying transfer learning to the deep learning models in order to fine-tune them for improved performance in both the training and validation phases. We use partial data augmentation methods to evenly expand our training dataset. Compared to the sum of the separate models, the suggested weighted classifier performs the best. Additionally, the model is evaluated using the open-access dataset, which consists of 3662 pictures. The APTOS 2019 dataset served as the basis for the five groups. The suggested technique significantly recovers the presentation of DR detection for fundus pictures as assessed by a number of different metrics and compared to current methods to DR identification.","PeriodicalId":274807,"journal":{"name":"2023 IEEE International Conference on Integrated Circuits and Communication Systems (ICICACS)","volume":"23 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122648887","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
