金融行业的数字化转型使金融消费者能够获得精准的金融产品和便捷的服务体验，但也滋生了个人金融信息泄露等问题。在金融业数字化转型的背景下，进一步加强对个人金融信息的保护迫在眉睫。通过对金融消费者个人金融信息保护需求的调查，将调查的保护需求嵌入到个人金融信息的全生命周期保护中。基于Privacy by design和个人金融信息保护技术规范，设计嵌入隐私设计的个人金融信息全生命周期保护框架，为金融机构在个人金融信息收集、传输、存储、处理、删除、销毁等阶段提供信息保护建议。
