First, the fuzzy clustering algorithm based on MDV function and information entropy is used to discretize the continuous attributes, and then the rough set theory is used to reduce the important index system. Finally, the training samples are input into the RBF neural network for learning and training, and the industrial life cycle stage of the test samples is judged. Urban industry life cycle recognition based on rough set neural network is used to identify the stages or stages of specific industries. This technology can be used in different industries, such as manufacturing, construction, etc. It is designed to help companies understand their business cycle and how to drive their business. The main idea behind this technology development is that there are many parameters that will affect the performance and success rate of any company. These parameters include: R&D investment; The main purpose of this technology is to clearly understand the current situation, future potential and growth prospects of any particular industry. How does urban industry life cycle recognition base on rough set neural network work? Rough set neural network has been used as a classification tool to analyze data from various sources, such as statistical data and market research reports. The fuzzy clustering algorithm based on MDV function and information entropy can effectively improve the discretization effect. Compared with the commonly used fuzzy evaluation method, this method has higher prediction accuracy for test samples, and is an effective and practical tool for urban industry life cycle identification.","PeriodicalId":274807,"journal":{"name":"2023 IEEE International Conference on Integrated Circuits and Communication Systems (ICICACS)","volume":"9 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115371115","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is an eye condition that doesn't show any early symptoms until considerable vision loss has already taken place. To reduce the risk of vision loss, glaucoma diagnosis is therefore crucial. This study provides an assessment of detecting retinopathy, glaucoma, and healthy images using a feature extraction method called Histogram of Oriented Gradients (HOG), and feed-forward neural network used as a classifier to classify the refunds images. The Contrast Limited Adaptive Histogram Equalization (CLAHE) method, morphology-based homomorphic filter, wavelet-based homomorphic filter, andmulti-scale top-hat transformation can all be used to enhance retinal images and increase their quality and dynamic range. Retinal fundus images are enhanced to increase contrast and bring out the retinal vessels. From the HOG we extracted the different mean, variance, Skewness, kurtosis, entropy, and energyfeatures set. Further, the extracted features set are given to the feedforward neural networks to classify the images.","PeriodicalId":274807,"journal":{"name":"2023 IEEE International Conference on Integrated Circuits and Communication Systems (ICICACS)","volume":"44 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116639017","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Therefore, bad inference and decision-making, and occasionally irreversible and catastrophic occurrences, could result from imprecise and mistaken reasoning. On the other hand, effective administration and use of priceless data can considerably expand knowledge and lower costs through preventive measures. Time-to-event and survival data analysis are the cornerstones of risk assessment in this area and play a crucial part in estimating the likelihood of numerous occurrences, including the failure of a device or component. As a result, before beginning any analytic process, it is desirable to apply appropriate approaches to effectively reduce large-scale, huge, and complex data, especially in terms of variables. To minimize the abovementioned decision-making challenges and to make survival data and failure analysis easier, we offer an applied data reduction strategy in this research that enables us to obtain appropriate multiclass classification in large dimensionality data and huge datasets. In order to estimate the risk in addition make decisions in the context of a complex analysis of big volume in survival analysis, this research presents an applied analysis data and attribute selection methodology.","PeriodicalId":274807,"journal":{"name":"2023 IEEE International Conference on Integrated Circuits and Communication Systems (ICICACS)","volume":"29 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116700702","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Because of their adaptability, performance, low cost, and mobility, sensing devices are gaining in popularity. Due to their portability and flexibility, Wireless Sensor Networks (WSN) can be a viable alternative to hardwired infrastructure in geographically dispersed settings. There has been a rise in their popularity due to their capacity to detect and report changes in a wide range of environmental and physical variables, including temperature, sound, vibration, pressure, and many more. The primary goal of this study is to identify intra- and inter-cluster communication protocols that are suitable in terms of energy efficiency, scalability, and dependability. At this stage, the specified region is partitioned into clusters, and the leader nodes of those clusters are chosen according to predetermined criteria. Once a cluster has formed, periodic and aperiodic data can be sensed and communicated among members using appropriate MAC protocols. In order to take advantage of the best features of CSMA/CA and variable TDMA, these protocols need a third, hybrid way of data sensing. As a result, the proposed protocols require less power to run while still providing excellent reliability and scalability for a static network's periodic and event-based data transmission.","PeriodicalId":274807,"journal":{"name":"2023 IEEE International Conference on Integrated Circuits and Communication Systems (ICICACS)","volume":"5 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121111443","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

As it has a detrimental effect on both psychological and physical health, the anxiety experienced by the average individual concerns the physician, especially for those with ASD. Researchers are working very hard to understand the genetic underpinnings of autism and use the genetic information to choose logical targets for efficient therapy. International consortiums are using linkage analysis to pinpoint chromosomes and their correlation with ASD in order to pinpoint potential genetic illnesses. This study applies a recurrent neural network with fuzzy logic and provides an empirical assessment of how well it can diagnose autism using data from an MRI scan of the brain. To evaluate their performances, precision, sensitivity, specificity, and classification accuracy metrics are used. The experimental results show that FRNN, a deep learning-based classifier, produces the best outcome.","PeriodicalId":274807,"journal":{"name":"2023 IEEE International Conference on Integrated Circuits and Communication Systems (ICICACS)","volume":"47 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123800638","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

There is much research in the field of controllers, and the more flexible and robust one is the Fractional order controller. This point is proved by MATLAB Simulation in this paper. As PID controllers hold almost 90 percent of the control system in industries, simulation is carried out over Fractional order PID controllers. Better control flexibility provided by fractional order PID has made it possible to achieve the desired output in industrial applications in comparison to traditional integer order PID controllers. Thus, in recent years, both scholastic and corporate researchers have focused on fractional order proportional-integral-derivative (FOPID) controllers. In this paper, we have presented the superiority of non-integer order PID (FOPID) over PID using MATLAB simulation using two examples of industrial applications such as liquid level controllers and dc motor speed control. Liquid level control system and dc motor speed control system are first order and second order industrial system respectively simulated in the paper.","PeriodicalId":274807,"journal":{"name":"2023 IEEE International Conference on Integrated Circuits and Communication Systems (ICICACS)","volume":"16 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125405355","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In order to ensure the stable operation of the power grid, it is necessary to carry out real-time transmission from multiple dimensions based on complex sensing data, accurately predict grid connected power change, load change, reverse power flow overload, low-voltage and low-frequency load shedding and other indicators and identify faults. At present, there is a lack of power in multidimensional situation prediction and data communication stability.
