Abstract

With the proposal of the national strategy of national fitness for all and the arrival of the digital era, in order to meet the demand of people who can exercise at any time and anywhere, there is an urgent need to launch fitness apps based on “Internet +” and big data technology. This article designs the “Cloud Rhythm” online fitness app, uses SWOT method to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of this product, the opportunities and threats it faces, clarifies the strategic positioning, goals and business models, and uses data mining algorithm based on the association rule to make personalized recommendations for fitness projects.
