Abstract

Human resource, material and money together make a business. Human resource plays a huge role in making a business rise or fall. Good people make good companies. Large companies have large portfolios for monitoring and improving human resources. Today, HR officers hold the most important responsibilities in their respective organizations. In this paper, a task based human resource control and management model has proposed using AI based deep learning model.
