Using Deap 2.1 software and the relevant panel data obtained from the National Bureau of Statistics, this paper estimates the TFP of logistics industry by DEA-Malmquist index model. Based on the trends of TFP and its decomposition indicators, it finds out the improvement of TFP of Chinese logistics industry in the past decade is mainly driven by technological progress, and the input of Chinese logistics industry is stable both in capital input and labor input, and the resources and efficiency of Chinese logistics industry have achieved a steady match, Chinese logistics industry has basically reached the optimal scale and achieved economies of scale from 2012 to 2021.
