Abstract

Electric energy substitution is a necessary way to improve the environmental quality and electrification level in China. This paper firstly establishes the electric energy substitution index system including energy, environmental protection and social benefit, and proposes a comprehensive evaluation method which uses the combination weights method to optimize the matter element extension model to evaluate the comprehensive benefit of regional electric energy substitution. The scientificity and rationality of this evaluation method are verified through the analysis of calculation cases, and it is proved that the index system and comprehensive evaluation model can evaluate the comprehensive benefits of electric energy substitution in the region.
基于组合权重法和物元可拓模型的电力替代综合效益评价研究
