It was done at Universitas Kristen Indonesia strictly in the English Language Education Study Program. This study aims to find out how the implementation of the higher education curriculum based on INQF is. The study method used was a qualitative study with a descriptive design. The data of the study were collected through interviews. The instrument of the study was the interview sheet. The informants of the study were the head of the Quality Assurance Agency of Universitas Kristen Indonesia, the head of the Faculty Quality Assurance Agency, and the lecturers of the English Language Education Study Program. The data taken through interviews were analyzed descriptively through transcribing the interview data, data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The result of the study is that the implementation of the learned curriculum is found to be through applicable, simple, and appropriate syllabus content, adding new information, and achieving goals and objectives, according to curriculum planning and quality standards. However, it requires improvement in certain parts of the curriculum implementation that some of the lecturers did not adjust the INQF-Based curriculum into the course they taught. Then it is concluded that although the INQF-Based curriculum has been structurally and well organized, it needs to be implemented by the whole lecturers in their learning and teaching. The research method used by the researcher is a qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach where the discipline enforcement system is a unique phenomenon that was pointed out in this study. The data analysis technique utilized is Milles and Huberman triangulation in data reduction, display, and verification. The results of this study are (1) the pattern of student discipline development at Gontor campus 2 is based on the pesantren system with 24-hour parenting patterns with security discipline settings, class entry discipline, and language discipline. (2) The implementation of student management at Gontor is carried out by the guidance staff collaborating with KMI staff and the language advisory council. Implement the POACE system to implement the discipline. (3) there are supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing student management in Gontor campus 2. The summarized conclusion describes that the application of student management at Gontor is an effort to maintain the existence of the Pesantren as a moral education institution. A separate curriculum known as Kurikulum Merdeka was prepared to support the program. The change in the principal’s competency model then became one of the unique phenomena in the curriculum change. The facts reveal that school principals cannot adapt quickly to this phenomenon, so this study aims to help school principals adapt more quickly to changes in competency models with coaching techniques. This study uses a phenomenological design because it wants to know the experiences that principals experience regarding the use of coaching techniques in responding to the phenomenon of changing competency models. The participants were three principals (51-55 years old) with 2-5 years of experience as principals. The instruments used are coaching questions developed in Sekolah Penggerak. Data is collected online through Google Meet and analyzed using qualitative data analysis techniques. The study results then revealed that coaching techniques could to assist school principals in developing a model of school leadership competence, especially self-development and other people’s development, as well as learning leadership. Meanwhile, teacher performance is very important for academic achievement. This study aims to reveal the extent of the role of organizational culture in schools in improving teacher performance. The approach used in this study is qualitative by using the narrative literature review method. The results of this study indicate that the role of organizational culture on teacher performance is very large. However, the implementation of organizational culture faces various obstacles, such as the socialization of regulations that have not been maximized, teachers who have not been disciplined, and in general, school residents who are comfortable with their previous habits. The influence of organizational culture on teacher performance and teacher motivation is quite significant. A school principal's ability is not only in carrying out his role as a leader and manager but also, more importantly, as a motivator, innovator, and supervisor, including the principal in the Unesa Lab School Environment. This study aims to analyze the performance of school principals in carrying out their functions as innovators, motivators, and supervisors. The research method uses descriptive quantitative. Research respondents included school principals and educators at Lab school Unesa Junior High School (JHS) 1, Unesa Lab school JHS 2, and Unesa Lab school Unesa Lab school JHS 3. The analysis technique used percentages. The results of this study indicate that the principal's leadership is carried out optimally. The data shows that the principal of Unesa Lab school JHS 1 has a score of 4.31, Unesa Lab school JHS 2 has a score of 4.30, and Unesa Lab school JHS 3 has a score of 4.55. In general, the principal's leadership in carrying out the functions of innovator, motivator, and supervisor has been excellent, and this must be maintained and even improved. For this reason, the principal must have the ability to receive and provide information to subordinates and their environment. As innovators, Principals have tips for establishing a harmonious relationship with a new climate of ideas, and they must also be able to integrate every activity. In carrying out his function as a motivator, the principal must be able to encourage a strong will and will with enthusiasm and confidence for teachers, staff, and students in carrying out their respective duties. A qualitative descriptive approach is carried out with a case study at IAI Pangeran Diponegoro Nganjuk. Research data was obtained through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results found that public relations at the university did not have a specific organizational structure, but everyone acted as public relations and carried out the function of public relations; the programs those public relations have launched must be implemented to improve the quality of education that refers to the standard process and educational outcomes. The public relations strategy is determined to improve the image through regular program procurement, collaboration with the government, mass media, figures who have mass, other institutions, providing scholarships, and community service. The purpose of this study was to analyze the evaluation of the program on the aspects of context, input, process, and product of the multi-literacy education program at Learning Center (PKBM) Luthfillah, Palangka Raya. PKBM is an educational facility provided to provide non-formal education for citizens. Evaluation of the program that has been implemented uses the Context, Input, Process, and Product (CIPP) model by analyzing the components of the context, input, process, and product of the Multiliteracy Education program implemented. This research is a type of qualitative research. The research instruments used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the research show: (1) in the context aspect, the program implemented has fulfilled the learning needs of the students, and the program objectives can be achieved as expected; (2) in the input aspect, educators and program organizers already have the expected competencies. It's just that for the initial abilities of students, the basic requirements for ownership of the Sukma have not been met; (3) in the process aspect, the learning strategies used are in accordance with the conditions of the students, namely andragogic, practical, and thematic strategies; (4) in the product aspect, students have graduated from the advanced literacy education program and have been able to apply the learning outcomes that have been obtained. The research method used was a quasi-experimental study with a non-equivalent control group design. The population in this study was all students at the Fourth Grade of Islamic Primary School of Jamiatul Khair Ciledug-Tangerang, Sampling was drawn by using a saturated sampling technique in which all populations were used as samples consist of the control class and the experimental class. The instrument of this was a multiple-choice test that has four options. Moreover, the data analysis technique utilized the t-test. The results of the study showed that the mean score of the posttest for the control class was 69.8. Meanwhile, the mean score of the posttest for the experimental class was 77.76 with the standard deviations were 8.55 and 10.02 respectively. Furthermore, the result of the t-test showed that t-count (3,021)> t-table (2,011). This means that the t-count is bigger than the t-table.
