These photosynthetic show promise for the longterm production of lipids due to their capacity to transform carbon into high-value chemicals and their ability to be grown on a vast scale without interfering with crop cultivation. Particularly, microalgae serve as a substitute source of unsaturated fatty acids (UFAs), whose consumption is linked to a number of advantages for both human and animal health. The generation of PUFAs in microalgae has been improved in recent years through the investigation of several methods. Two algae were isolated from the Gharaf river in Thi-Qar (Oedogonium, Lyngbya). The study was conducted on the effect of different concentrations of nitrogen and phosphorus for each of the unsaturated fatty acids of the two algae. Nitrogen concentrations were (5,10,20) and for phosphorus (1,5,10). These (UFAs) are affected when these nutrients are added to the culture medium, and as the concentration of these nutrients increases, we notice a decrease in the proportions of these unsaturated fatty acids (Octadecatrienoic acid, omega 6, Oleic acid omega 9, Eicosapentanoic acid omega 3, Docosatetraenoic acid omega 3) in Lyngbya and with absence OA, Docosatetraenoic acid and presence (vaccenic acid, omega 7) in Oedogonium.","PeriodicalId":273863,"journal":{"name":"Science Archives","volume":"13 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129513534","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

SARS-CoV-2 is a new RNA virus strain that belongs to the beta-coronavirus 2b families in the evolutionary tree. COVID-19 had a reported overall casefatality rate (CFR) of 2.3 percent by this time, while cases in those aged 70 to 79 years had an 8.0 percent CFR and cases in those aged 80 and above had a 14.8 percent CFR. Severe pulmonary and extrapulmonary problems can result in respiratory failure and life-threatening events in certain individuals. D-dimer levels were found to be elevated in nearly half of the patients, and aberrant D-dimer levels are linked to a bad prognosis. As a result, in some stable individuals who die suddenly, acute organ failure, embolism, and infarction should be considered. Although the incidence of thrombosis in COVID-19 patients has not been identified, deep vein thrombosis (DVT) and pulmonary embolism (PE) were found to be 20.5 percent and 11.4 percent in SARS cases, respectively.","PeriodicalId":273863,"journal":{"name":"Science Archives","volume":"50 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121626530","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is mostly used in unorganized food industries as a food colorant due to its cost-effectiveness. Humans are often exposed to MY through ingested food products, colored with MY. The toxic effects of MY have already been reported in animal models. Till date, the effects of MY on heart ventricular functions have not been reported. So, our study was aimed to evaluate the effects of MY on the functions of heart ventricular muscle in rat model in vivo. We have observed significant (P<0.05) increase in the level of malondialdehyde and content of reduced glutathione in heart ventricular muscle of MY exposed groups of rats in comparison with control rats. The enzymatic activities of cytosolic copper-zinc-superoxide dismutase, glutathione peroxidase, glutathione reductase; and mitochondrial manganese superoxide dismutase and ATPase were significantly (P<0.05) increased in exposed groups. Whereas the activities of cytosolic catalase and acetylcholinesterase; mitochondrial catalase, Krebs cycle and electron transport chain enzymes were decreased significantly (P<0.05). Furthermore, myodegeneration of heart ventricular muscle and myofibrillar mitochondria of exposed rats have been identified through prominent signs of lesions and disintegrations by scanning electron microscopic and histological studies. So, from our observations we can conclude that MY depresses the contraction mediated ejection functions of heart, probably by inducing fibrillar and mitochondrial oxidative stress in heart ventricular muscle. The results obtained through this study in rat model could be extrapolated in humans.","PeriodicalId":273863,"journal":{"name":"Science Archives","volume":"20 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122274341","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is fatal to 42% of diagnosed patients every year. The ideal anticancer agents needed to be powerful, well-tolerated in patients, with low side effects and high selectivity. Antibiotics on the other hand are efficient, well-tolerated, with a very low level of toxicity. Therefore, they continue to be the most important goal for new drugs invention. 2-Azetidinones (β-lactams) are most marketing drugs than any other antibiotics. The β-lactams provide unlimited choices of biological activities, and they are efficaciously used as anticancer agent delivery systems directly to the tumor sites as pro-drugs. It was found that many factors that affect this crop, such as the environmental conditions, represented in high or low temperature, air humidity, and wind, in addition to the soil factor. Furthermore, to the use of good practices represented in the selection of high– yielding varieties, appropriate cultivation distances for varieties used, balanced fertilization, and appropriate disease as well as pest resistance methods. In addition, irrigation methods are consistent with the conditions of cultivation. All these factors contribute effectively to increasing crop productivity and improving its quality.","PeriodicalId":273863,"journal":{"name":"Science Archives","volume":"20 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131009330","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
