Compared to men with disabilities (MWDs), women with disabilities (WWDs) have to face more challenges in approaching vocational training [3]. Using a qualitative approach, this research conducted in-depth interviews with various stakeholders to evaluate the vocational training from both internal input and external output aspects. For this purpose, first the paper outlines the definition of disability and provides a statistical overview of the WWDs and vocation training for them in Vietnam. The following part explains the theoretical framework and methodology used in this research. The fourth part presents the research results and discussion. Finally, the paper proposes some policy implications to improve vocational training for WWDs in Vietnam. Before it was officially promulgated, the Science and Technology Strategy's results from the previous period were reviewed and evaluated in order to learn from past mistakes and provide guidance for the upcoming phase. The National Stratey for Science, Technology and Innovation is both an orientation and a synthesis from science and technology strategies of sectors and fields. With a case study in Rach Gia City, Kien Giang province, the article aims to study factors affecting people's satisfaction with social insurance payment services in light of administrative reform being prioritized by the Government of Vietnam. The study conducted a survey of 228 social insurance recipients, who have been carrying out administrative procedures related to social insurance payments in communes and wards of Rach Gia City. The results show that there are five factors affecting people's satisfaction on the quality of public administrative services on social insurance, including administrative procedures, staff and civil servants’ attitudes, professional expertise, access to services, and physical facilities. Based on the study of the life and career of Pham Than Duat (1825-1885) and his works, especially “Hung Hoa Summary”, the article focuses on clarifying the context, approach, and content of the geographic work, which has a rich and valuable scientific information content. \u0000The real-world experiences Pham Than Duat had while adhering to the imperial court's directives as a Tuan Giao chief magistrate in the province of Hung Hoa during roughly two years (1855–1866) revealed his feeling of responsibility and dignity as a mandarin-intellectual–passionate patriot. In order to carry out his responsibilities and make insightful management judgments, he carefully examined the area's geography, residents, and cultural customs. His initiatives and programs not only help to maintain peace in the Hung Hoa region, one of the more ethnically diverse and politically difficult regions, but they also help to inspire locals to pursue personal and professional growth. encourage communication and interaction between ethnic groups in border regions.
