Analysis on Intellectual Property Management Policies for Vietnam Start-up Businesses

For a start-up company, besides creating intellectual property, protecting and maximizing economic benefits from those intellectual properties is a concerning issue for all businesses. However, the majority of start-ups are still not aware of the importance of intellectual property management. By analyzing the policies and legal regulations on intellectual property management for start-ups, this article will research the practical implementation of such policies and regulations, from that make recommendations to improve policies on intellectual property management. It will also propose solutions to help Vietnamese start-ups raise their awareness of the importance of building an appropriate intellectual property management strategy for their enterprise.
