Abstract

Vietnam has just promulgated the National Strategy for Science, Technology and Innovation to 2030. Before it was officially promulgated, the Science and Technology Strategy's results from the previous period were reviewed and evaluated in order to learn from past mistakes and provide guidance for the upcoming phase. The National Stratey for Science, Technology and Innovation is both an orientation and a synthesis from science and technology strategies of sectors and fields.
