In the few last years show it that study on maqāṣid al-sharīa is very important and significant to explore the Islamic law and finding the meaning beyond the text. Globally, the social and religious problems in the contemporary era was very sophisticated and complicated. A new problems grow up without can’t be stop it. This situation and condition needs to fast respons from the religious scientist to solved. They need a new paradigm to explore the Islamic law so that can be application it in the present day. On this context, the research want to answer a few questions, firstly, how the define and characteristic of maqāṣid al-sharīa; secondly, how the history of maqāṣid al-sharīa from classic until contemporary era and it’s new paradigm?; thirdly, how to contextualization maqāṣid al-sharīa in Indonesia today and it’s contribution to solve the several social and religious problems in Indonesia? This paper is library research that use deductive and inductive method. Meanwhile, the research use some approachs as such as historical-philosopys and descriptive analylisis. The important thing of this research is to found significantly and reactualization of the meaning and understanding of maqāṣid al-sharīa in the contemporary era. Therefore, it is felt necessary to examine family education in the book of Uqûd al-Lujjayn by Shaykh Nawawi to transmit objective steps in maintaining the stability of Islamic households to the community. This research is a type of literature study using a qualitative approach. From the results of the study, it was found that the purpose of family education is to care for the family from Hellfire with the approach of the science of jurisprudence and morals. Educators are fathers and mothers, while students are wives and children through the methods of instruction and habituation, question and answer, punishment and exemplary. The internalization of Shaykh Nawawi's family education is very relevant in modern families as a preventive measure from the threat of materialistic life style threats. Among them, optimizing the husband in playing his role as an educator for children and wife towards the inculcation of sharia values and character education, not just fulfilling birth obligations. Likewise a mother establishes herself as a domestic worker and child educator. An ideal formulation of family education in realizing the quality of faith and piety not the quantity of thrones and possessions. But the concept of Shaykh Nawawi in intimidating children in giving orders needs to be synergized with typical modern children. For children who are hard-hearted, arrogant and egocentric, this concept is considered not accurate, so the relevance is not right. Likewise, direct punishment to children and wives is considered less relevant. While marriage is a strong covenant bond (mitsa> qan ghali> zhan) between a man and woman to live together. Endogamy is a mixed marriage within the sphere of kinship it self, whether it be inter ethnic, clan, tribe, or kinship within the kinship. The endogamous marriage done by the traditional Sade Rembitan Central Lombok do it from amongst his immediate family in other words a cognate marriage conducted within the village and is not allowed to marry out. It is done by the Sade – Rembitan society driven by several factors namely, a deeply embedded culture among families, keeping and preserving kinship, to guard property or inheritance, and most embedded in their heads is to inherit parental counsel. There are several types of endogamy marriages performed by the Sade community in general that is, by way of tepedait (meeting), in this case the parents are meeting their children with other families who are still within the family or relatives own. The matchmaking is usually done by both parents who are concerned when the child is young. When the child is matured then the marriage is held. Some policies have been implemented by the government to improve social security to humanity, but the lack of spiritual morale and lack of coordination between the related institutions resulted in policies that have not been implemented optimally. Consumer protection, which is one part of optimizing programs, has not yet run coordinatively. Therefore, the writer has an idea that can be implemented, which is Maqashid Sharia-based Consumer Education and Protection on Social Security for Muslims, the Poor, the Poor, and Non-Muslims to achieve falah with aspects that are the dharuriyat needs namely maintenance of faith (din), soul (nafs), reason (aql), descent (nasl), wealth (maal). The implementation of education and consumer protection based on maqashid sharia is a government apparatus, BAZ, LAZ, UPZ, and awareness for fellow human beings to bear the needy and poor alike in order to achieve the benefit of the people. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach. The concept of education and consumer protection based on maqashid sharia can be a creative and productive solution related to various moral and spiritual problems and the management of social security, justice for the poor in getting social security as mandated in the 1945 Constitution and the Koran.
