The idea of critical hermeneutics developed by Habermas seeks to link the interpretation of religious texts with poverty problems such as oppression, injustice, and gender discrimination. The characteristics of Habermas’ ideas on critical hermeneutics put subjects involving in the communication into parallel, coexistent, and dominance-free positions. The interest of text users is stored within the text. Thus, despite interpreter’s horizon, text should be suspected. This is necessary to be done in analyzing Islamic sciences since the proposed concepts could be utilized to reveal the interest or ideology behind the domination of interpretation. Habermas believed that the combination of hermeneutics, emancipatory reflection and analytical knowledge could provide a new basis on critical theory yet setting critical limits on social science absolutism. The dominant interpretation distinguishing men and women in inheritance (2:1) as stated in Q.S. al-Nisa’ verse 11 can be critically reinterpreted according to the text and context on behalf of human liberation from discrimination and injustice orientation. The cheapest in the 2005-2025 National Long-Term Development Plan, namely \"the realization of a nation that is tough, competitive, has noble character, and morals based on Pancasila, which is characterized by the character and behavior of people and Indonesian society that are diverse, faithful and devoted to Almighty God. one, virtuous, tolerant, cooperative, potriotic, dynamic development, and oriented in science and technology. Therefore, the role of schools is very important in shaping the character of students. Through both intra and extra activities. Darul Karomah High School strives for character education in the process of this activity, the emphasis is so that students form character in increasing social awareness. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study research. The research was conducted at Darul Karomah High School. The conclusion of this study states that: First, the implementation of character education in increasing students' social awareness is carried out through: moral knowledge such as Islamic education, sociology and Civics. Moral feeling through activities: Please help, clean together. Second, the strategy for implementing character education, through: curriculum, learning and habituation. So that they are trapped in poverty continuously. The government as the party that has an important role has not done much in resolving this problem. As a result, the actions taken by the government have no effect on the agricultural sector in Indonesia. The potential for waqf, especially land in Indonesia, is so great. This can be maximized by the government and the private sector. Agricultural subsidies, which in the future will be reduced and eliminated, will be quite a difficult problem for the Indonesian agricultural sector. Land waqf and cash waqf can be used as an alternative to this subsidy. Even more than that, with the concept of agricultural empowerment that uses waqf funds as funding it will make empowerment sustainable and raise the income of farmers. In addition, the group system or joint responsibility allows farmers to develop the values of togetherness, trust, care and empathy for others both in terms of humanity and financial obligations. This research is a qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. The object of this research is BMT Surya Rahardja Tuban, with data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. The analysis technique uses data grouping, reduction and elimination, filtering the eliminated data, and identifying data.Three mechanisms used by BMT Surya Rahardja in realizing financial inclusion are socialization, marketing strategy and roll play. To maximize its role as financial inclusion, BMT Surya Rahardja uses three ways namely door to door, market visit and open table. Surya Rahardja's BMT consistency in realizing the role of financial inclusion has been able to improve access to coastal communities in Tuban. The number of customers from BMT Surya Rahardja has increased in 2018 by 7,700 and in 2019 by 9,200. if in percentage, the total increase in customers consisting of savings and financing by 19%.
